Love this Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my family’s second stay at this location. We come to BBR every summer and this is the absolute favorite. The house is great and the location at the ranch is perfect. We saw lots of grazing deer in the meadow and the bird watching was good too! We also really appreciated management who worked with us to reschedule when there was area wild fire activity. So grateful for all the help/care!

Overall Great Stay!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Location, Overall great unit. This unit really needs an updated range that works, and the master bathroom needs a shower room update. It smells and is very very old and does not drain well.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at GM 204- we came at the same time last year- lovely house and the location is amazing- quiet with a great view of a meadow, forest and Black butte. We saw many birds and had a magical elk siting in the meadow one evening. The house has great lighting and is close the glaze meadow golf course.

Perfect location on the ranch/resort. Great views of Glaze Meadow and Black Butte. And it was very nice that the property was well stocked with wood, matches, paper, and fire starters; we had a lovely fire in the hearth every night after dinner and watched a movie. The only draw back was finding a dirty pair of women's underwear trapped between the bed and the wall in the bedroom at the top of the stairs. We were making the bed on the third morning of our stay and found this discovery. It makes me wonder if the sheets were changed/cleaned at all.

Solitude in Black Butte

This is a classic Black Butte house with a peaceful location and beautiful view. Property Managers were very responsive to a few issues that arose. We stayed in the same home years ago, and it is exactly the same.

Nice view of Glaze Meadow

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an overall pleasant stay. The house is in a good, private location with almost zero traffic and incredible views. On the disappointing side, the house was very hot, especially at the end of the day. There are two portable a/c units, one downstairs and one in one of the upstairs bedrooms, but at night, the upstairs gets incredibly hot if the door to the bedroom with the a/c unit is closed. We opened some windows which helped at night, but the upstairs only cooled down around 2:00 am. The oven is *very* dated, so much so that I couldn't figure out how to use it. The burners worked fine, and there is a large air fryer/toaster oven that I was able to use. There is a grill on the deck, and the deck is very nice, especially on warm evenings.

Great location and view make the house better

The view of the meadow is beautiful and peaceful. Easy bike ride to GM pool and courts. Master bed is firm and only bathroom downstairs is in the master, so odd layout. The wifi did not work so any combo vacation/work requires your own hotspot.

Thank you for the review. agreed the view is amazing. Sorry about the wifi, it actually was on and working just at a really slow speed (which would make using almost impossible). We have since updated to 300 Mbps speed. Looking forward to your return visit to the Ranch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was perfect for our family of six. It has amazing views of Black Butte and sits adjacent to a meadow. Older home but was very clean and comfortable. House is located in quiet section but close enough to walk to Glaze Meadow rec center. New router was installed during our stay by Bend Broadband so WiFi is now solid.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our rental experience. Location was everything! Quiet, fabulous view from all windows. BB Realty gave excellent excellent customer service. A few things needed repair: window in upstairs bedroom and oven, window sills in MB were very dusty, not enough toilet paper or garbage bags for two weeks and no cleaning supplies for sinks or counters. These are not complaints, just info for you.

Lupine Lake awesomeness

We have stayed at many very nice Black Butte properties and conclude this was one of the best! The small meadow view with a few horses was so calming. The proximity to Glaze Meadow was great! We went to hydrofit everyday! We saw coyotes and lots of different birds while cooking in the well stocked kitchen. Love this home and location! Thanks for the great stay.
