Directions to property should include the building name. The parking pass was the only thing we had to go on for unit # and it was hard to read. The property was not as clean as we have experienced in the past, greasy kitchen, snacks & cookies left on living room floor.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you've enjoyed staying with us in the past, and we're sorry this visit didn't meet the same standard. We do want to clarify that the building name and unit number are included at the very top of the mobile guidebook, which was texted to you several times before arrival. The building name is also included throughout the turn-by-turn directions, so this information was provided separately from the parking pass. We appreciate the feedback and will continue looking for ways to make the arrival information as clear as possible. We're also sorry the cleanliness wasn't up to our usual standards. The greasy kitchen and items left on the floor were reported during your stay, and we sent someone to the property the following day to address the concerns. We appreciate you bringing them to our attention so we could take care of them. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide the experience you've had with us in the past.

Loved this place! Communication from management leading up to my stay and during was great. Had an issue with the double sinks in the master, but other than that, it was a great place to stay. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing family vacation

We had a small family vacation for Fall Break and visited Colorado. The condo was very cute and had an amazing view and location. It was an older condo building but everything was kept up well and a perfect place to relax and have fun for all ages.

Overall a great stay. Parking was a little bit of a challenge, as was loading and unloading the condo. Aside from that, I would definitely use this VRBO again.

Great Location and Very Clean Place

We had a family of 12 stay in this condo and the accommodations did not disappoint. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities described on VRBO. This location is close to the slopes. We have stayed in a number of places and this was by far the best we could have hoped for.

Perfect Family Getaway: Spacious Rooms, Affordable Price

It was an amazing place to spend quality family time. I highly recommend one of the best properties in this area. However, I should mention that the internet is slower here. Apart from that, it is the perfect place for families, offering spacious living spaces and numerous rooms at an affordable price.

Just as listed

We enjoyed our stay. It was spacious for our group of 8. Kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook. The only complaint would be there is only one parking space provided. The shuttle pickup is close to the condo so that was a plus. Communication was timely and helpful.

Rude HOA. upset about our parking considering there was hardly anyone staying on the premises. This place is probably busiest during ski season. We had to move our cars, 3-4 of them although no one was parking there. Someone complained and was very rude, totally unnesessary.

We do apologize that you experienced this! Unfortunately due to strict short term rental laws for the area, the HOAs are required to very strictly enforce parking.

Beautiful birthday weekend in the mountains

We went to celebrate my son‘s 31st birthday. We enjoyed the view the place was clean. There was everything except a blender, but we manage. We had a little problem with the toilet, but maintenance came and fixed it the same day. I would really recommend this place clean plenty of room. Thank you to everyone it was a great birthday weekend for for me and my family and we would definitely come back again.

Everything was fine and comfortable. The only negative was the parking for our second vehicle. There were plenty of unoccupied parking spaces at the property but we had to pay 25 per night at the remote public parking. I could understand if the property was full but the parking spots were 90% empty. Very costly and inconvenient.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, as much as we would like to provide additional parking, parking is enforced by the building HOA. We have no control of the rules they choose to make for the building and no control over the price that Keystone Resort chooses to charge for the public lots. We do share in advance of arrival that there is only one space so people can plan accordingly. This info is provided both in the rental agreement signed upon booking, & in the check in instructions sent a week prior to arrival. We apologize for the inconvenience that this caused.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great condo for a family trip. Only issues were the condition of the furniture - mattresses were sagging and some of the chairs were so loose, we were afraid to sit in them. We loved the fireplace and space we had to play games.
