The apartment, for exclusive use with private entrance, is part of a prestigious villa overlooking the bay of Giglio Campese. It is just a stone’s throw from the rocky shores, the fully equipped beach, and the town center. From the two terraces and the stunning, one-of-a-kind floor-to-ceiling window in the living room, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets over the sea.

The apartment features: two spacious terraces with ocean views (one off the living room, which serves as the apartment’s entrance and includes an outdoor dining table, and another off the bedrooms); a living room with a magnificent floor-to-ceiling window offering breathtaking views of the sea, a dining table, and a sofa bed; a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher; a bathroom (with a window) featuring a bidet, shower, and washing machine; a master bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds (one of which is raised and has no safety rail), both with French doors opening onto the second terrace.

The apartment is ideal for 4 people but can easily accommodate 5–6.
Upon request, depending on the season, an outdoor parking space is available behind the house. To access the apartment, you must climb a flight of stairs from the street or descend a few steps from the parking lot.
The apartment does not have air conditioning, but there are two fans.
There is no Wi-Fi because the best way to get fast internet on the island is to use your cell phone as a hotspot or a portable modem, such as Tim (also perfect for remote work with a sea view—we’ve tried it!).

The cleaning agency also thoroughly sanitizes the rooms and provides linens (sheets and towels), which are included in the price. You can request midweek cleaning and a linen change for an additional fee. For two-week stays, a linen change for the second week is included in the price.

PARKING
To access the apartment, you must climb an outdoor flight of stairs or walk up a hill. Upon request, depending on the time of year, a parking space is available in the building’s courtyard. However, there are both free and paid street parking spots available, as well as a paid outdoor parking lot in town (no more than a 10-minute walk away).

Right below the apartment, you’ll find the rocks at Torre, where you can dive straight into the crystal-clear water. The fully equipped beach is also just a 2-minute walk away, as is the town center with its restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.

GETTING AROUND
In Giglio Campese, you can get around on foot for all your needs. To reach the island’s other towns, you can use a car or the bus (the stop is right outside the house). There are also 4 taxis available on the island by reservation (we can provide you with the phone numbers).
