All the bedrooms also have a ceiling fan for added comfort. There are 5 large lakes within 550 acres of secluded parkland with walks around most of them (bring wellies in winter). This beautiful area of the Cotswold Water Parks boasts a wealth of migrant birds and diverse wildlife (including its resident family of Beavers)! The property is situated on Lower Mill Estate, within a quiet and peaceful conservation area, it is not suited to those seeking lively or social activities or a ’party house’. An outdoor heated communal swimming pool, tennis court and adventure play area complement this stunning property. Somerford Keynes village is a 5-minute walk away and its village pub offers a warm welcome, home cooked food and real ales. Organic farm shop and Ballihoo restaurant on site.

The Mill Village heated pool is open all year round. There is no access to the ArtSpa on site, but the nearby DeVere Cotswold offers a wide range of pamper treatments. A Canadian canoe is supplied free of charge, at the guests own risk, users must wear life jackets (obtainable from the activity hub nearby) Re-cycling is encouraged and is located in the main car park. Contractors & party groups (stags/hens) are not permitted on lower mill estate, this is to safeguard the peace, tranquillity & quiet enjoyment of others.
