Sunset View is a beautiful 110 square meter villa located just steps away from the magnificent crystal-clear waters of the sandy beach of Plakias, with its myriad tourist attractions and famous nightlife.



The villa has a 2-story layout. Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, you'll find a twin bedroom and a shower/WC, as well as a kitchenette. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 more twin bedrooms, 2 showers/WC (one en-suite in one of the bedrooms), a large living room, a satellite TV, sofas, and an open-plan, fully equipped modern kitchen. All single beds have a mattress topper and can be converted into double beds. All areas are fully air-conditioned and covered by WiFi internet.



In the outdoor areas, you'll discover a private swimming pool(Please note that the swimming pool will not be available from 15/11 to 15/03) and a terrace with sunbeds, both offering unobstructed and breathtaking sea views. The area is renowned for its variety of attractions, featuring a fantastic sandy beach, sea water sports, fish taverns, restaurants, scuba diving opportunities, cafes, and bars.

We were so happy when we arrived to see all the pictures, that looked so surreal, were actually reality! We loved the place and the location to Plakias! Short walk down the road to the main street. So much to do within minutes and short drives, and so much to see. The house was a spacious place to relax after long days out at the beaches and exploring. The hosts were very responsive and addressed any questions immediately from reaervation and lreperation to during the stay! Thank you Sunset View for providing an amazing place and experience for our first visit to Crete!!

a piece of paradise

Once we found the property and settled in, it was the perfect beautiful and low-key way to begin our Greek vacation. We had plenty of room, the beds were super comfortable, and the location was close enough and far enough away from the in-town beach action.....it really felt like we had our own private slice of the island!

The property is modern and very nicely maintained. The poatio and pool provide such a nice view for sunsets, we truely enjoyed our stay! I will say, that the showers w/o curtain or glass surrounding then beeded some getting use to. The house is well equipped, spacious and very close to the beach.

The apartment in Plakias is a lovely, peaceful place with privacy and a beautiful view over the bay. When we arrived, everything was spotlessly clean, and there were even some basic groceries waiting for us, such as fruit, bread, cheese, milk and wine — a very warm welcome. The beds are good and the small pool offers just the right amount of refreshment on hot days.There are a few points that don’t fully match the luxurious impression given by the photos. The dining table, sofas and outdoor furniture are of cheaper quality and therefore cracked or not very comfortable. The bathrooms also lack a shower screen or curtain, which means the entire space gets wet after showering — not very practical.Despite these details, it is a very pleasant apartment, quietly located with enough privacy, just a 3‑minute drive from the centre of Plakias, and with a view that makes you happy every morning.

Lovely villa

The villa is lovely. Set over two levels. Comfortable beds. The walk from town is steep so you need to be mobile or have a car. Host is helpful but location would be easier to find if it had a sign. Views ama,ing.
