Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anita's place in Asheville. First, Anita is a very attentive and thoughtful host who has anticipated almost every need you could have for a trip. Second, the space was great for relaxing in private (with all the necessities to enjoy a morning coffee or cook a nice breakfast) and close enough to get to the drumbeat of downtown Asheville in less than a 10 minute walk. Third, Anita is an excellent communicator and provides a wealth of information for first-time visitors of Asheville.

Anita was very kind and thoughtful. Her place was clean, well stocked, and cozy. It was a nice walk to downtown and the welcome center where you catch the trolley. Be prepared for long walks and hills for those not familiar with the area. The trolley was a great way to start to get the lay of the land and ideas for places to visit.

If I could rate Anita's studio higher than five stars, I would. Her studio is a stylish retreat filled with everything one needs to relax and refuel. The location is excellent, within walking distance of so much of Asheville, including a beautiful creekside trail. Anita truly wants to make you feel welcome. She and her studio go above and beyond.

We adored this place!! Just steps away from downtown but nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it provided the perfect place for rest and entertainment. Our host was amazing. She greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour. She provided us with a detailed list of restaurants and entertainment in the area. She even reached out to find out what snacks we would like. The studio was charming, spacious and updated. This was a perfect place to stay.

Anita is ready to host an amazing experience for travelers to Asheville. Truly the best of all worlds, as the location lends to walking either downtown or through the charming Montford Historic District.....or a mere 1 minute hop onto I-240 for excursions out into the surrounding areas. Perfect solitude in the shadow of Asheville's vibrant urban core, truly a great find.

Description was spot on! This stay was the perfect compliment to our few day stay to explore Asheville! Easy walk into downtown, located in quiet historic neighborhood with it’s own cute coffee shops & restaurants. Anita was very communicative, and thought of everything to make the accommodations perfect- highly recommend staying here & we will do so if ever back in the area!

We cannot say enough about what a lovely place this is to stay. The owner could not have been kinder or more attentive to our needs. We were welcomed with some local treats and a beautiful and clean place to stay. The distance to downtown and UNCA was ideal. We hope to return soon!

Nice place to stay.

Wonderful apartment, wonderful host, and close to everything. This is a great apartment to rent if you are visiting Ashville.

Highly recommend this getaway in the heart of Asheville’s charming Montfort neighborhood. New renovation, charmingly decorated. Anita, the proprietor, is super friendly and helpful. Everything was so smooth and professional. We’ll be back, for sure.

I can’t say enough about how welcoming and accommodating our host, (Anita) was. She provided local treats for us to enjoy during our stay, and made the entire experience wonderful. The property is located in the Montford Historic District, which is a very short walk into the downtown area of Asheville, which provides easy access to dozens of restaurants, breweries/bars, shops and museums! The property was absolutely gorgeous and very well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were top drawer. There is a full sized refrigerator and stove, which provides additional conveniences. The property was absolutely immaculate and so spacious and cozy. We loved our stay of 3 nights and will definitely be back. This place and the proprietor is Amazing! Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

Our stay was incredible! Anita went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay! Furthermore, we benefitted from her recommendations in and around town, from restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, hikes, places to shop, and so much more. Check in and check out were seamless largely due to Anita’s stellar communication and attention to detail. We highly recommend staying with Anita if you are looking to have adventures in downtown Asheville!

Amazing space and location

Perfect space for a weekend get away.!! Easily walked everywhere downtown, short drive to Biltmore and Blue Ridge Parkway. Anita is a super thoughtful hostess and gave great recommendations for eating and hiking during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Great Stay!

We stayed at the property for four nights and couldn't have been happier. Anita is an incredibly nice, thoughtful, and responsive owner. The property was immaculately clean, well-stocked, and in a great location - the walk to downtown was a breeze! I HIGHLY recommend this property!!!

Perfect location

Amazing stay

From the minute we arrived, this place exceeded our expectations. For a couple with three young kids, this place had everything we could ask for; clean, quiet, spacious, and all the modern amenities for comfort. The host, Anita, is amazing and made us feel right at home. From the fresh cut flowers, to the organic snacks, you can tell she really loves hosting people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the location cannot be beat!

Anniversary Trip to Asheville

This property was excellent. It was a well-appointed, clean, roomy, cozy studio apartment located within easy walking distance of good restaurants and downtown shopping areas. The Asheville Tourist Center was also located within a few blocks. This was an excellent jumping off point for local tours. We were very pleased with the accomodations and the extras ;left for us to enjoy.

Fun in Asheville

Anita's studio is beautiful. Plenty of room, great location. She was so thoughtful in providing lots of goodies for us! Wouldn't definitely stay here again.

Just Perfect

We had the most comfortable and special stay at Anita's sweet studio. It was just perfect. Super clean, well-appointed, centrally located, and extremely cozy. Anita was the best host. We have made a friend and will absolutely be back.
