Spectacular Villa with pool

Villa Burión is a mansion in the “Indiana” architectural style built in the early 20th century by Don José Iglesias upon his return from Cuba. Its original structure and atmosphere take us on a journey back in time to an era when luxury and attention to detail defined the decorative style of these buildings.
The house features seven comfortable rooms spread across its three floors. They are spacious and bright, offering views of different areas of the garden.
The two living rooms—one on the main floor and the other on the first floor—are ideal gathering places, featuring spacious and comfortable sofas.
The one on the first floor also features a large dining table that seats 14 and a large-screen TV.
It also has two kitchens—one on the main floor and another on the first floor—and six bathrooms (one in the pool area).
On the main floor, the classic decor style has been preserved, with the large living room featuring Art Deco touches, which are also present in one of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms.
All rooms have a TV.

Estate:
Our estate, spanning over 10,000 m² and featuring a variety of trees—some of which are centuries old—is an ideal place to take a stroll and enjoy nature. It features different areas: a glass-enclosed gazebo, outdoor pergolas, a barbecue area, and a pool area where you can relax and enjoy a refreshing swim.
There is also a Japanese garden at the entrance, complete with statues that will delight the little ones.

Gazebo

There is another recently built structure in front of the house that has been converted into a glass-enclosed gazebo for outdoor lunches or dinners. It features sliding doors that allow it to be fully opened on one of the facades. It is located next to the pool, beside the barbecue, and also has an attached bathroom.

Pergola Area

At the rear of the house, with direct access from the house itself, there is a pergola area where you can dine or relax outdoors and enjoy the wonderful views the estate offers from this location.
Our house is located in the heart of Asturias, making it an ideal base for exploring our province.
