We would like to clarify that towel exchanges during your stay are available at an extra cost. For stays longer than seven nights, we include a mid-stay cleaning with a towel exchange as part of the service. We regret not responding to your request to view the top suite and appreciate your understanding. It's great to hear you found the suite a good value for money and enjoyed the air conditioning, kitchen facilities, and lounge.
