Welcome to PdG15 Suite Sagrada, a stylish and spacious apartment right on the prestigious Paseo de Gracia in the heart of Barcelona. Part of our exclusive PdG15 Suites collection, this fully refurbished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment comfortably hosts up to seven guests, making it perfect for families, friends, or groups looking for a central, elegant home base.

Located on the third floor of a beautiful 1882 building with a friendly doorman, a modern elevator, and a safe, the apartment combines classic charm with modern comforts. The living room faces Paseo de Gracia and features two small balconies with stunning views of this iconic avenue. It is furnished with a comfortable chaise lounge that converts into a double bed and a dining area for six, perfect for enjoying meals together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, from a coffee maker and induction stove to a washer and dryer, so whether you’re cooking a quick breakfast or preparing a full meal, you’ll have all the tools at your fingertips. Central air conditioning, heating, WiFi, and designer décor ensure a stay that is both comfortable and stylish.

The three bedrooms are quiet and restful. The master suite has a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower, WC, and bidet. The second bedroom features two single beds and ample storage, while the third bedroom is a cozy single room with a desk and easy access to the second bathroom.

Step outside, and you are in the heart of Barcelona. In September 2002, I visited Barcelona for the first time. I was 25 years old and planned to stay for just 10 days. That was all it took for me to fall in love with this incredible city.

After returning to my home country, Germany, I packed my bags, made all the necessary arrangements, and moved to Barcelona just four weeks later.

Only one week after arriving, a local apartment owner asked if I happened to know anyone in Germany who might like to visit Barcelona and rent her apartment for their holiday. As it turned out, I did.

What started as a simple favour soon grew into a business.

More than twenty years later, I have had the pleasure of welcoming guests from all over the world—from Alaska to Oman, from Iceland to Abu Dhabi, and everywhere in between. Meeting people from so many different cultures has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

I still remember what it felt like during my very first days in Barcelona, which is why I understand so well how exciting it is, especially for first-time visitors. My goal has always been to provide more than just a comfortable place to stay. I want my guests to experience the Barcelona that made me fall in love with this city over twenty years ago.

PdG15 Suites is located at Passeig de Gràcia 15, one of Barcelona's most prestigious addresses and just one block from Plaça de Catalunya, the city's main square. From here, guests can explore much of Barcelona on foot.

Within just a few minutes you can reach Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, El Born and many of Barcelona's most famous restaurants, tapas bars and shopping streets. The Metro, airport bus and public transport connections are also only a short walk away, making it easy to reach every corner of the city.

What I love most about this neighbourhood is that it offers the perfect balance. You're right in the heart of Barcelona, surrounded by beautiful architecture, culture, shopping and outstanding restaurants, while still enjoying the elegance and atmosphere of Passeig de Gràcia. Whether you're visiting for a weekend, a business trip or a longer stay, I genuinely believe there is no better place to experience Barcelona.
