Thank you Cliff. We are glad you enjoyed your vacation.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the home and all the amenities it offers. We’re naturally a bit disappointed to receive a four-star review in this case, as we strive to provide a five-star experience for all our guests. Before your arrival, we did communicate that a boat mechanic would briefly be on site during your stay, and that I might stop by briefly to move the boat. We always try to give advance notice and work around our guests’ schedules whenever possible. The mechanic was present for about two hours one afternoon, and I personally was there for less than 10 minutes to relocate the boat. As the homeowner, I do occasionally need to perform routine maintenance on the vessel docked at the property, and we do our best to be as unobtrusive and respectful of privacy as possible. Had we known this would affect your comfort, we would have made alternative arrangements. We’re pleased that you enjoyed your visit overall, and we hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.

Thank you Victoria. We hope to see you again.

Thank you Joni. We absolutely would welcome you again. So happy you enjoyed this home.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so happy to hear that you and your family had a fantastic time at The Palm Tree Waterfront. It’s great to know the home had everything you needed for both beach days and poolside relaxation. We love that your teenage boys enjoyed fishing off the dock—such a fun way to spend time by the water! We can’t wait to welcome you back for another amazing stay in Apollo Beach, Florida. #ApolloBeach #VacationRental #FloridaVacation #WaterfrontHome #FamilyGetaway #PoolHome #FishingRetreat

Thank you again Frank. We would welcome you again.

Thank you Mel

Apollo Beach does not have a beach. We are 45 min to the closest major beach. We hope all of our guests understand that our location can not be changed. We hope the next quests rate our location compared to other homes. We are only 10 min by boat to the bay, 25 min to downtown Tampa and Amelie Arena, 30 min to Busch Gardens, 1 H 15 to Dysney W/good traffic, 45 min to major beaches. The ideal guest would like a central location, Kayaking, boating, and fishing. Or maybe someone who would like to hang out at the pool, enjoy a hot tub and relax. Please note this guest gave perfect reviews for cleanliness and communication. We hope you read all of the reviews and chose our home.
