The property consists of a Main House and a Guest House.
The entire property—the main house, the guest house, and the pool—is rented out exclusively.
The pool measures 5 m x 14 m and comes equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas.
Air conditioning is available throughout the Main House and the entire Guest House.

- Main House:
On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and a large dining room with big tables and chairs, where everyone can enjoy lunch and dinner together.
On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms
On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, along with a small living area featuring two sofa beds and a kitchenette

- Annex:
The annex is a single-story building.
You’ll find a small kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances, and two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, which are also accessible for guests with disabilities.
