Located in the central Via Baylle between the main Via Roma and the Via Manno shopping street, the house represents the best location to visit the city and in particular its historic center. You will get lost in the narrow streets of the Marina district and you will taste the dishes of the many and charming restaurants located in the neighboring street. The strategic location of the apartment will allow you to move comfortably on foot to better explore the heart of the city.

COMFORT AND DESIGN
All areas of the house are furnished with particular attention to detail, designed to optimize space and ensure maximum comfort.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
The living room has a comfortable sofa with a TV corner and two rooms overlooking Via Baylle that make the house even brighter.
The kitchen has everything you need for the preparation of wonderful dishes. In addition to basic utensils such as dishes and crockery, the kitchen has induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a large fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine, a table that can comfortably accommodate guests in the house.
In the kitchen area there is also a washing machine.

THE BATHROOM
The bathroom has everything you need for a carefree stay, you'll find:
- a hairdryer
- a set of towels (shower, face and guest)
- shampoo and bath foam

BEDROOM
The bedroom has a queen size double bed. There is also a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Check-In and access to the accommodation will be in Self mode.
A few days before your arrival you will receive an email with instructions for self-check-in to execute via computer or smartphone.
Once the Check-In procedure has been carried out, you will receive by mail or message the instructions to access the accommodation in total autonomy.
