We had a wonderful stay over the Halloween weekend. The house is very spacious - plenty of room for our party of 4 adults, 3 children and a dog. It was well equipped and the location right on the beach is amazing. We used the hot tub everyday. The welcome pack was a real treat! A superb modern holiday home enjoyed by all… we didn’t want to come home….

Truly relaxing stay

What a truly relaxing stay. The beach location can not be beat and I worry that no holiday location in the UK will ever outshine this truly wonderful property! Sitting outside drinking tea and reading a book was exactly what we needed. Kids were always entertained whilst at the house and loved their first ever hot tub!

Booked this excellent property last minute after a previous booking got cancled by the Host.Messaged Dean and explained our situation as we were a party of 8 going to the goodwood revival.Dean accepted our booking and gave clear checking in info on the morning of arrival. My while party of 8 were blown away regarding this property and its location on the beach. The House has everything you could ask for. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen ive seen on a rental. The rooms and decor were amazing and I fell in love the 1960 designer swivel chair in the living area.We loved the Sonos surround system and that added to a great couple of nights of food and drinks. The bedrooms were clean and well presented with super comfy beds. The garage games room not that we used it was just out of this world with everything you could imagine from a pool table to vintage table top arcade machine and darts.Just amazing. The outside are with the table and Great BBQ was superb and the ladies loved the Hot Tub which was spotless. All in all Dean is an amazing Host and and has an Amazing property right on the beach. Most of git a couple of swims in the sea to.Everything at the property is a 10 out of 10 and Dean as Host is incredible. You will not be disappointed if you book this place I personally highly recommend that you do.Thanks you Dean and we will be booking again. Thanks the Revival Ravers Group of 8 Adults.

Wonderfully appointed house

Fantastic location both for its panoramic views of the beach and sea alongside great local amenities and places of interest to visit. The living space worked brilliantly for our multi-generational family holiday as even the “cook for the day” was not excluded from the view and everything that was going on. The bedrooms were Ok and the hot tub a favourite

We have just returned from the most wonderful stay and honestly didn't want to come home. It was exactly what we needed.Dean was an exceptional host, responding promptly to any questions before and during our stay. We were also very kindly allowed an early check-in as the property was ready, which was such a thoughtful gesture and gave us even more time to enjoy this beautiful home.We were welcomed with the most amazing gifts, including a delicious cake and several other thoughtful treats. Even our dog wasn't forgotten, which was such a lovely touch and very much appreciated. The property itself is absolutely stunning and has everything you could possibly need, and more. It is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and equipped to an incredibly high standard. Our 20-year-old son was completely blown away! There was so much to do that we were never bored – from kayaking and playing pool, darts and table tennis, to relaxing in the hot tub and simply sitting outside taking in the breathtaking sea views. Being right on the beach was so peaceful, and watching the sunsets each evening was unforgettable.Thank you, Dean, for making our stay so special. This was an amazing break and exactly what we needed. We would love to return one day and couldn't recommend this beautiful property more highly.

Great house for a family gathering

The house is exactly as described, and the view from the dinning/living area is one you won’t forget. The owners have thought of even the smallest details to make your stay a memorable one, games room and hot tub kept even the teenagers in our group happy. Would highly recommend this property and will be sure to come back in the future. 😁

It's the little details that make the difference like wireless charging for devices, a fully stocked coffee machine and different flavoured teas, plus the welcome gifts and immaculate property really does make you say "Wow" as you walk through the house and view the sea for the first time. I would recommend. The house is in a little oasis of calm and perfect. There were even Seals popping their heads up in the sea as we looked out in the morning.

Great Stay

The property is in an amazing location right on the beach with a small supermarket and a cafe within walking distance. The Lion pub about a mile away is excellent. The only negative comment I would make is that the front garden needs a bit of maintenance and finishing off in some areas. Everything else, perfect.
