Fantastic Villa. Very spacious, lovely pool area. Would 100% recommend to stay here. Only thing I think would benefit the villa would be to have air con in all bedrooms but we knew this was not case before we travelled so all good. Bárbara was lovely - met us on arrival and good comms throughout our stay. Would defo stay here again!!

Our stay at 14b was a very relaxing holiday. Five adults stayed in the spacious villa. The pool was cooling on the hot days. The local restaurants fed us when we didn't want to cook. The local shop meant we could visit daily for fresh rolls. We have already booked for next year. Definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic 10 days at the villa, we stayed at the one next door last year which is identical and owned by them.It was lovely and clean and the pool area was great. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there and the villa cleaned with bedding changed. The villa is in a great location, only a few minutes walk to faro park where there are restaurants and a few bars.We got the bus into playa blanca marina many nights, they are every half hour and the bus stop is 2 minutes walk.We will definitely be booking again

Fantastic villa. Great communication from the host. Thanks for accommodating our late arrival and providing us with a welcome pack of food and drink. Villa is very spacious and clean . Pool area is very big and has sun all day. Close to the supermarket and some lovely restaurants. Stayed in lots of villas in this area before. This one is the best so far. 100% recommended.

We were met by the host on arrival, the villa was clean and tidy, spacious, had all of the required amenities and in a good location near to Faro Park shops and restaurants.

Good villa in peaceful location

We enjoyed our stay here. The villa is excellent, well equipped and well looked after in a very quiet area and withing easy level walking distance of the seafront path. Would not hesitate staying here again.

Fantastic villa in the Faro Park area of Playa Blanca! Villa was clean, well equipped, loads of space and great well kept pool. Communication from the host was great from start to finish and she was very responsive. Loved it and would definitely recommend.

Perfect holiday

We had a fabulous holiday and thoroughly enjoyed staying at Villa Medina. The location of the villa is perfect with two small supermarkets and some wonderful restaurants a few minutes away. We spent many lovely hours sitting outside and would recommend this locating villa to anyone thinking of holidaying in Playa Blanca.

Excellent villa

Spacious and well equipped. We had a very enjoyable holiday in a quiet area of Playa Blanca. Excellent outside space at the back and front of the villa with good swimming pool. Several good restaurants nearby and a short car journey into Playa Blanca.

Loved the villa and would happily book again.To give a fair review, the advert states that the villa has air conditioning, but this is only in the master bedroom. The other bedrooms have ceiling fans, which worked really well and kept the rooms cool, but it’s worth knowing if air conditioning throughout the property is important to you.It’s also worth noting that the pool heating comes from the solar pool cover rather than a separate heating system, so there is no control over the temperature. That said, the pool was a lovely temperature during our stay and was warm enough for us to get straight in most of the time without it feeling too cold.The villa itself is spacious, quiet and well-maintained, with plenty of outdoor space to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Barbara was great to deal with, very friendly and easy to communicate with throughout.My only other observations would be that there is no shaded area around the pool, which may be worth considering if you’re travelling with young children. The only shaded seating area is at the front of the house. The indoor sofa cushions are also showing some wear and were a little uncomfortable if sitting on them for longer periods on the nights we stayed in.A real bonus was the location, with shops and restaurants only a three-minute walk away.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

Amazing holiday, amazing villa

Just returned from a week in Lanzarote. Medina Villa was lovely. It was a large property, very good size pool. We had everything we needed. Location was excellent, quiet area and just a short drive into Playa Blanca. Overall a perfect place to stay. I would highly recommend staying in Barbara's villa.

Villa Medina 14B

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Medina. Barbara met us at the Petrol Station in Playa Blanca and brought us directly to the Villa which saved us the hassle of trying to find it ourselves. The villa was lovely, clean ,bright and spacious. The pool was lovely and warm and the kids spent hours in it which meant a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday for all.

Villa Medina Excellent Value

This is a very nice Villa and good value for money compared to many of a similar size. It is a bit out of the main town but taxis are very cheap and there is a local bus service. Barbara the owner is very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

Fabulous return trip

Another wonderful stay at this villa with no complaints. This villa is perfect for our family with young adult children as there is so much space. The villa has been well maintained and upgraded since our stay last year and was spotless clean with everything you need for a great holiday. We loved the pool area and also relaxing in the evening under the front veranda. Barbara is an amazing and helpful host who is always available.

Lovely stay in a fantastic villa.

We stayed for 10 days over Easter and it was fantastic. Pam met us to show us around and was very helpful throughout the stay, they even left a bottle of wine. The villa was clean and well equipped, pool was nice and warm and cleaned midway through the stay too. We tried out a couple of the local restaurants just a few minutes walk away and they were great. I would recommend staying here to anyone and if we return to Lanzarote we will stay here again. Thanks.
