I appreciate everyone is entitled to their own opinions but I feel this review by no means is a true reflection of the standard of the property, which a lot of care and money has been invested to ensure that families and friends who stay have a wonderful time. The home is newly refurbished so I'm unsure where the home needs upgrades, the photo's were only taken 9 months ago so show a true reflection of how the home is today, almost everything in it is new. Cleanliness is of upmost importance and as previous guests have said in their reviews regarding cleanliness, the house is spotless.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Christine, I'm pleased to hear that over all you enjoyed your stay and your grandkids loved the pool. I'm not sure where the house needs some TLC as most of the fittings and furnishings are nearly new, I can assure you the property has had recent refurbs as is shown in the recent photo's with new hard floors throughout, new fittings and furnishings, the bathrooms were done most recently in September 2024 when they had a full refit. I was unaware about the fridge and ice maker, if you had made me aware this could have been addressed during your stay. The property does have regular pool maintenance once per week, it also has regular pest control but I will look in to having some extra treatment applied to prevent any unwanted visitors. Thanks, Nick
