TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax of €4.00 per person per night, effective January 1, 2024
The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.

VALID FORM OF IDENTIFICATION
As part of the standard check-in procedure, all guests are kindly requested to present a valid form of identification, such as a government-issued ID or passport, upon arrival. This requirement ensures compliance with our security and verification protocols and helps facilitate a seamless and secure check-in process.

INSURANCE POLICY
We strongly recommend that you, and all members of your party, purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation due to illness or death. Appropriate coverage should be purchased at the time of booking. Please note that in the unfortunate event of a cancellation due to any events, occurrences, or causes—including health reasons—the cancellation terms will apply irrevocably. 

VISITORS & GATHERINGS
You agree to the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by Elena & Vittorio. The property has a maximum number of guests allowed. You understand and accept that the number of people must not exceed the number of sleeping places stated in the property description. Should the house manager discover more people on-site than the maximum number allowed, as per the property description, the extra people may be asked to vacate the house.  

LIMITATIONS
If you intend to use one of our apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shoots or filming, please immediately inform Elena & Vittorio of this at the time of booking. Such use will only be permitted with our written consent. You are not permitted to organize any private parties, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings at our properties without our written permission, unless clearly specified in the description. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an additional fee for your event.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The standard check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. 
It is your responsibility to check the permitted arrival time in the description of the property of your choice, as it may differ from the standard time indicated above, depending on the property.  In case of flight delays or any unforeseen issues while traveling, please contact us. Late arrivals are accommodated for an additional fee (50 euros in cash). 

Check-out time is 10 a.m. 

Late check-outs are subject to an additional fee of 50 euros in cash. You must request these services in advance. 

SECURITY DEPOSIT 
You will be asked to provide a security deposit to cover any damage, either upon arrival or at the time of booking. We request this deposit to cover the cost of any damage or breakage that may occur during your stay at the property. 

At the end of your stay at our property, this amount, minus any applicable charges, will be refunded to you either on the date of your departure or within 7 days after departure at the latest, if you paid your deposit at the time of booking. 

PETS 
Pets are generally not allowed.

COMPLAINTS 
We regularly visit and inspect each property to ensure we welcome you with the highest possible standards. Service disruptions beyond the control of Elena & Vittorio—such as interruptions in electricity, water, or gas service, and/or internet connectivity—may occur, and these are the responsibility of the company’s service providers. Should this occur
