Property is beautiful! Would have given 5 stars except they left out at time of booking that both outdoor pools were under construction! And for a 15 year olds birthday....not ok!

We have the following on the description of the resort - we have disclosed : 🏖️ DAYTONA BEACH RESORT AMENITIES (Updated June 2026) ✅ OPEN • North Outdoor Heated Pool • Indoor Heated Pool • North & South Hot Tubs • Fitness Center • Sauna • Direct Beach Access from Pool Deck • Lobby & Elevators • On-Site Security • Communal Card-Operated Laundry Rooms (Floors 2, 3, 4 & 5) ❌ TEMPORARILY CLOSED • Restaurant • Tiki Bar • Parking Garage • South Pool • Kiddie Pool 🚗 Parking available for 1 vehicle in designated guest parking areas. Daytona Beach Resort continues to undergo restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage sustained in 2022. While many amenities are now open and operational, portions of the property remain in various phases of repair and construction. Guests should expect that some exterior and common areas of the resort may show signs of ongoing work during their stay. ⚠️ Seawall construction is currently ongoing at the resort and may create daytime construction noise, dust, equipment activity, or temporary work areas, particularly on the south side of the property. Construction schedules and activity levels may vary throughout the project. Our condo itself remains clean, comfortable, and fully operational, and many guests continue to enjoy the beautiful ocean views, direct beach access, and relaxing beachfront atmosphere while the resort continues its rebuilding efforts. This condo is amazing. It got my family of 5 with plenty of room. Lots of space. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook our meals. The towels were big and so soft. The 2 outdoor pools on the south end are under construction, but we still used the outdoor one on the north side. The indoor one was perfect temp. Super convenient with it being right on the beach. I highly recommend this location.

The view was great! The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The outside of the property was in need of some paint and updates, but it did not affect the overall stay.

Renata was a very good host. The property was well managed during Bike Week 2026. The unit, beds, kitchen were all in tip top shape with plenty of amenities.My only knock would be the cable tv was not easy to navigate which is not a problem Renata created. Thanks for a great visit for my 2 sons and I.

The AI photos were very deceiving. The photos shown were up to date amenities. Once we arrived that was not the case. There is no outside pool, the inside pool smelled like bleach and chlorine. It was rust on the doors, the pillow cases had stains on them. Just was not somewhere I would have choose. To stay if the pictures looked like the real room.

This condo looks nothing like the photos. I was really looking forward to the balcony view but was very disappointed when I seen it. The balcony looked real old, the pool was empty and the kids pools was left to get mold with old water in the inside. The condo itself was very spacious but the cleaning could been a lot better.

Condo just like the pictures. Spacious and clean. Daytona Beach Resort(DBR) needs to step up and fix amenities. Crumbling sea wall, poo!s,ect. Not owners fault, her place was great. Wish the facilities were up to owner's standard

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was excellent, clean, many amenities, spacious, easy to check in and check out. Very comfortable. The host was very communicative and would stay there again. Loved that it was directly across the street from a Publix (grocery store) and multiple places to eat in the plaza within close walking distance. Great location, 15 min from the track and only minutes to many resorts, ‘tourist spots’, and downtown Daytona. The overall facility was pretty run down and dated, and back pools area and retaining wall still destroyed from storm 3 yrs ago. Didn’t impede our stay, but the overall grounds could use some attention to spruce it up. Security of the facility and room were very adequate and we felt very safe while at the resort. The view was amazing being right on the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Could have been more updated. PoolWas advertised as heated, but no heat. A lot of construction not completed. No cold water in shower, plus bathtub would not drain. Condo desk personnel was rude upon our departure.

Although I didn't feel the same about the property grounds, in general, Renata's unit was clean and cozy. The overall property seemed to be in need of repairs, and there was evidence that it hasn't recovered from past hurricane damage. However, I did love the proximity and easy access it had to the beach. The view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room AND the bedroom was gorgeous. The size of the kitchen was also perfect and it felt like a home away from home. I would definitely rebook a stay at this rental not only based on its cleanliness but also for its affordability. Hopefully, at some point in time, the grounds can be returned to its former glory.

Location of actual end unit on side of building gives you two oceanfront views! Unit is a fair deal for the condo. Stayed during contruction, feel sorry for owners as complex had nice options prior to hurricane but as stated none currently. Unit was clean. Easy to find a parking spot & within view from condo. Photo shows 2 recliners in living room, actually only 1, so my 2 men had to shuffle for it LOL

We have stayed at the Daytona Beach Resort several times. Unfortunately, due to hurricane damage and renovations, the resort is in disrepair. The room itself is in good condition, the balcony is accessible, and everything is clean and neat. The room is larger than the others on this and other floors, and the bathroom is larger too. However, beach and amenity access is limited. One outdoor and one indoor pool are open, but we were kicked out promptly at 8:00 pm each night. The other full pool and kiddie pool - including the deck and beach access are a construction zone (complete with noisy construction beginning at 7:00 am). The hotel security is lacking (literally anyone could come and go, as no access cards were issued, so everything was unlocked during the day). Beach access is limited - you have to exit the property and enter through public access - this is directly next to the hotel, but it is locked at 8:00 pm with all the other amenities, so you have to go around the hotel to enter from the front if you want to access the beach in the evening. The hotel is clearly short-staffed, and the property is run-down. This is understandable given the recent hurricane damage, and it is mentioned in the property listing, but people who book here should understand the resort's condition and know what questions to ask to see if issues have been resolved. We do recommend the room, the host, and the resort when it's in good condition, and plan to return once reno is complete.

Condo was musty smelling

We enjoyed our stay because the people we visited in the area, but would never stay at this condo again. It was very musty smelling when we first got there. The bedding was not good. We were told that the pool and exercise room was going to be closed for the 6 days we were there and if we still wanted to rent. Decided that wouldn't be a problem and decided to take it. What Renata forgot to tell us that there was major renovations in the whole building. One day there was a strong odor from the stain they were using. The coffee pot didn't work. Thank goodness we had our own. The frying pan was disgusting, had to go buy one so we could at least make breakfast. The hangers in the closet where wired, which most were bent and useless. We would not recommend renting this condo.

This condo was perfect for a family of four! The view was beautiful. The kids loved the pools and the beach is right there. Have zero complaints about this property.

Unit 1111

Great stqy and room only priblem was that a/c needs some work, the fan speed was only one setting and wasnt cool enough, we had tonuse a fan in front of the unit to help with air circulation because we got hot qhile sleeping.
