Ca’ Nal is a palazzo dating from the 18th century located in the very heart of Venice, the Marzarie, only a few steps from the Rialto and San Marco and the historic Bareteri bridge.
Five luxurious apartments each with its own unique character: original antique Venetian terrazzo floors, original wooden beamed ceilings and exceptional views.
The living area is spacious, bright, and furnished with style and elegance.
The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are well equipped.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and comfort.
A complete renovation took place in the spring of 2015, combining a typical Venetian style with prestigious finishes and every comfort in order to make your Venetian experience truly unforgettable.

Great location! A very clean apartment with an excellent host, Alberta. She was very professional, great communication and definitely keeps things in order. We hope to return at some point and stay here again. The only slight thing that was off was the description of a hot tub. In North America the meaning is different. This is a deep soaking tub in the laundry room. Not a big deal at all for us. Just maybe a correction in the description.

Amazing location with plenty of space. This apartment was in the heart of all the action with only a few minute walk to San Marco Square. Alberta was a delightful host and handled any need that presented itself. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if our future travels saw our way to Venice again.

Great stay and location!

We were extremely happy with our stay. The apartment is huge and very comfortable. The host was outstanding, and very responsive! Without question we would stay here again, and probably will.

Amazing apartment and location

Alberta was an amazing host. The apartment was central to everything in Venice. It is redone beautifully. We would stay there anytime we are in Venice.

Venice vacay

Alberta was amazing! Helped us set up personal taxi to and from location and met us as we arrived. Place was very clean and spacious! Alberta was very quick to respond and had helpful tips for the area. Excellent location, would def come back!

Great stay in Venice!

We had a great time staying at Ca'Nal.The apartment was as advertised...clean, equipped with everything you will need and a perfect location with a fantastic view of the canal. Alberta was a fantastic host communicating with us before our trip with all the information we needed to make our stay in Venice amazing. She greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were settled in and gave us some great spots to visit during our stay.Would definitely stay at Ca'Nal on our next trip to Venice.

Venezia Getaway

Great spot in a prime location. Short walk to St. Mark’s Square. The VRBO was exceptionally clean which is a major point of emphasis for us. The host was amazing with great recommendations and connections for private taxis to airport. We had an amazing time! Thank you.

The host was so amazing and helpful, the only negative is that we were missing basic essentials like salt and pepper, shakers paper towels. Other than that this place is great.

Amazing Property

Amazing property right in the heart of Venice. 5min walk in any direction and you are in San Marco square or the Rialto Bridge. Clean, modern apartment with AC. We will return!

Great Location!!!

We just stayed here for three nights and the property was fantastic! So clean and set up with everything we needed for our group of 7. Communication with Alberta was easy and she always responded quickly and was extremely helpful! We used her recommended private water taxi to arrive from the train station and to depart to the airport and it was definitely the way to do it. The property is in a great location where it was easy to step out the front door and explore the city. I would highly recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again next time we’re back in Venice!

unexpectidly beautiful

First time I ever stayed in an apartment ,usually I stay in Hotels, from now on I would always consider apartment specially if I'm in Venice it will be this place. The apartment was very clean , very well maintained , and the owner was extremely helpful in every way possible. Thank you again .

Stay in Venice

Great location. The place was clean and we appreciated it had a washer. The air conditioning worked great. The rooms were spacious and there are two bathrooms. Although it lists 3 bathrooms, the third one is only a bathtub. The place was perfect for our family. This place has two flights of stairs to get to it. Not ideal if someone has a disability. For our family it wasn’t a problem.

Great location

It was easy to walk to St. Marks Square, and the Rialto Bridge. Also easy to get to Teatro La Fenice and the Accademia. We had six guests. Bedrooms were great. Two of the 3 bathrooms were excellent. The third bathroom only has a tub and no toilet, and it only has a six foot ceiling. That made it a bit tougher than expected for the third couple traveling. But overall we enjoyed the property. Cool views from the bedroom and dining room balconies of the canal.

In The Center Of It All

Went to Venice with 2 other couples (3 couples total) to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The location of the apartment was incredible. Off of a small canal that can be reached by private taxi and not far from the public taxi stops. San Marco, the Doge's Palace and the Basilica are 3 minutes away, Rialto Bridge as well. Even though we were on a very busy pedestrian walking path we had no problems sleeping at night. The wooden shutters on the exterior close and block out sound and light. *The manager Alberta was fantastic and very responsive. Before the trip she contacted us to make sure we understood where to go, gave us private taxi information and really tried to make sure we understood about the bathrooms, which were probably my least favorite aspect. *The master bedroom with the burgundy finishings was very, very large and had an ensuite with shower, sink, toilet, bidet *The center bedroom was off of the front hallway and was a nice size and was across the hall from a large double sink bathroom with toilet, shower, bidet. *3rd weird bathroom is directly off of the hallway, next to the large double sink bathroom. This bathroom is functional, but not awesome. It has a sink, shower and also the washing machine. The ceiling is VERY LOW and NO TOILET. Third bedroom is off of the dining room, and is the smallest room, but has a lovely balcony overlooking the canal and bridge. You have to step down two stairs and into the hallway to the bathrooms.

This was a great place to stay. It was a bit tricky to find, but I think that’s to be expected with all the turns and alleyways in Venice. The apartment was exactly as described, with one of the bedrooms being bigger than expected. It does have a third bathroom without a toilet, but don’t plan to spend any time in there as it is enclosed and hot. The location is good and Alberta the hostess was great to work with.

Location, location, location! Perfectly located central to everything. Huge space with plenty of room for everyone. We were family of 5 adults and it was very comfortable. Great hosts- excellent communication and good recommendations.

Fantastic!

The apartment was better than expected. Spacious, comfortable and well located. An easy walk from the boat stop from the airport it was hidden down a side street. Generous rooms, large shower rooms and comfortable beds. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return!
