Thank you! We’ve been very fortunate with our cleaner from Kim’s Mermaids. Always goes the extra mile for us. And the use of their linen service has been very helpful for our guests. No need to bring any bath or bed linens. Just your beach towels and chairs.

Getaway at the beach!

We are local and wanted to have a relaxing weekend at the beach. The check in process was so easy! The condo was clean and in a great area! Awesome place to stay!!

Thank you for your review. We strive to keep the kitchen stocked with the comforts of home, especially for our guests wanting to eat in for their meals, or enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning. We also know it helps to have those little starter supplies that our cleaner leaves out for each renter to avoid an immediate trip to the grocery store to clean your first dishes. Family meals are so much fun at the beach.

Yes, it is a struggle for all of us owners at A Place at the Beach III. The HOA regulates the parking, and the HOA regulations prohibit us from providing more than one parking pass per unit. We will continue to look for other parking options for our guests, especially those suggested by the other condo unit owners who have experienced this same issue. We are glad you were still able to enjoy your stay at our unit despite the lack of a second parking pass and space in the parking lot.

Perfect location. Easy access to beach and dining/shopping!

Thr room was very clean and had everythingwe needed. Excellent communication with the owner. We love staying in this area as it is quite but has easy access to anything you want to do at the beach. Our kids had a great time and the pool was perfect. We will definitely book again.

Our location towards the end of Shore Drive allows for a little less congestion, but still great convenience to the restaurants and fun stuff on the way to downtown Myrtle Beach. Ocean view and a pool, too

Great stay! The home was clean with a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. You can’t get much closer to the beach than this - and the pool was even closer.Communication was great. No issues checking in. Had all of the essentials for cooking meals. Beds were comfy.

Great place to stay

The property was clean and very well maintained. Loved the updated bathrooms and kitchen. Close to Ocean Annie's and lots of going on. We had a quiet and peaceful stay. Would definitely return to this property.

Great place!!!

A wonderfully well maintained and equipped condo. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice pool area and beach right there. All the attractions, dining and shopping nearby. Two compliants I have, is for the management...saw people park in the lots with no visitor or owner stickers and workers took up many spots right in front of the condo. Noisy people in the pool well past 12mn. Minor complaints, but irritating.

First timers

This was our first time at this location. Great place for families. Very safe and clean. Only down fall was not alot of things in walking distance. Have to do alot of driving if you want to see attractions.

Yes, this truly is a family location near the end of Shore Drive where there is less traffic, and a few local spots including Ocean Annie’s, Flip Flops Bar and Grill, a few other little shops. The pier for fishing makes for a great beach walk. We are just a few miles down Lake Arrowhead Drive from Hwy 17 where Restaurant Row, Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Kroger, Walmart and several golf places are located. Further down Hwy 17 is downtown Myrtle Beach and access to other local attractions like live entertainment theaters and Broadway at the Beach, but you would need a car to reach thembb by and to explore other nearby attractions like Brookside Gardens.

Myrtle Beach gem

It was really nice place. very clean, close to the beach, very quiet neighborhood. the condo is packed with everything you need. the kitchen is fully equipped, AC and ceiling fans in every room, 3 flat-screen smart TV, and many board games. Karen and Sharon are great hosts with great communication. We really enjoyed the time we spent their. thank you for sharing your lovely place.

Very Clean, Great Location!!

The condo was very clean. We had everthing we needed to get us started until we went to the store, trash bag, dish soap, etc. Checking in was no problem. The view from the balcony was wonderful. We were less then 10 minutes from all attractions and restaurants. The area is very quiet and family friendly. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely book again in the near future.

Our Dad loved to play golf, our Mom loved to sit on the beach or poolside, our kids love all the miniature golf courses, my husband and I enjoy sitting on the balcony morning, noon, and night, and my sister and her husband love walking the shops and visiting the winery, and we all love the variety of restaurants. Our folks could not have picked a better location for our family get aways. Glad we could share our vacation home with your family.

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful 15 Days!

First and foremost, what a super cutie unit! Extremely clean, kitchen is fully loaded with any appliance to help cook in during these unsettling times. There are enough Room for everyone. Updated bathroom and the central air conditioning for each room are amazing, Incredibly comfortable living. Karen and Sharon are so amazing communicating before, during and after. It is almost like renting from a family member, truly a blessing to be able to deal with people so kind and they really care about you and your families enjoyment. We have been coming to MB for 14 years, we renewed our marriage vows on the beach right in front of building 1, four years ago. Using other rental companies, not again, good owners take care of their guests. We appreciated that and will be back next year and next year...we’ll until we buy a unit. Thanks so much! Rob and Amy

Vacation Dream!

The property was spotless upon our arrival and truly felt like a home away from home! The kitchen was fully stocked which made it a breeze since we decided to cook most of the week to save some money. The decor was pretty and the furniture was very comfortable and made it easy to relax! We ran into an issue where a past renter had misread the directions and completely turned off the refrigerator at the end of their stay. We didn't catch this mishap until after we had bought all our groceries and I was panicked about our new groceries going bad, so I immediately messaged the owners and asked for advice and if they knew how long it would take the refrigerator to get down to a desired temperature. The owners responded very quickly, apologized for the inconvenience, and gave me the best advice they had to offer for the situation! We also had a situation where one of the air condition units in the spare room was leaking while running, so again I messaged the owners right away and they quickly responded with what to do as well as being on the ball about contacting the AC company to have them come and take a look the very next day. Unfortunately we were not able to use that AC unit all week because of the issue, but we went out and bought a box fan and that kept the room cool enough. The owners even offered to pay for the fan if we wanted to leave it there just for the inconvenience. I truly appreciated how quickly they responded when issues occurred and they even checked in on us several times throughout the week to make sure we were getting along alright. If you are looking for amazing customer service, a beautiful condo, amazing views, and a quick walk to the pool or beach then this is the place for you! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!!!
