La Matilla Country House is located in San Asensio, a town and municipality in Spain, situated in the northern part of the autonomous community of La Rioja, near the Ebro and Najerilla valleys, on a hill.

All the rooms are on a single floor, making it very comfortable and accessible.

It features 1,800 m² of fenced outdoor space.

It can accommodate up to 10 people.
We have 5 bedrooms, all with a bathroom and TV, as well as sheets, towels, amenities, a hair dryer, mosquito nets, and fans...

Bedroom 1: Las Alforjas: 1 180-bed.
Bedroom 2: La Atalaya: 1 150-bed.
Room 3: Los Maestrazgos: 1 180-bed.
Room 4: La Mina: 2 90-beds (together or separate upon request).
Room 5: La Cascaja: 2 90-beds (separate).
In the living room: dining area, breakfast bar, sofa area, and a 65-inch TV.
In the kitchen: fully equipped with oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, cleaning kit, pantry, shopping cart...

Outside: barbecue area (fireplace, oven, and table with chairs); parking area (garage for 2 cars); recreation area (swings, garden, pelota court, pond)

Note: The house is located on the outskirts of town, but you can reach the town hall square in just an 8-minute walk.
