Ingels Beach Villa - Absolutely Beachfront

This one-of-a-kind luxury villa in Sri Lanka has a total of eight large bedrooms, each with its own luxury bathroom. All eight rooms offer an amazing view of the beach and the ocean from the balcony or veranda—depending on which floor the room is located on—so you can sit back, relax, and truly enjoy your vacation.

The standard price is for up to 8 guests; for each additional guest, you pay according to our policy. Ingels Beach Villa can accommodate 16 guests without extra beds, but if needed, 4 extra beds can be provided in each room, for a total of 20 guests.

This villa was built in 2017 using high-quality materials, featuring modern architecture and smart designs. The back of the villa is like a green paradise in its own right, with grass, flowers, various herbs, and fruits—which are also used by the chef (depending on the season) and served to guests in the restaurant.

We believe that many guests, like ourselves, prefer the privacy that comes with renting a villa rather than staying at a large hotel crowded with people. Here at our villa, you’ll feel as though you have your own private hotel for your friends and family.

When it’s time for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, our spacious and welcoming restaurant on the first floor is the perfect place for you. Our chef and staff, together with our local manager, will ensure that you have a wonderful time and receive the best possible service. All our staff are trained and have worked in many high-end hotels in Sri Lanka.

We also host BBQ evenings on our rooftop or right by the beach—we promise these will create memories that will last a lifetime. If you’d like, we can also organize special events such as birthday celebrations with fireworks, live music, and more. Our local manager will help you plan and arrange all of this upon your arrival!

From the living area on the first floor, you can relax on our cozy sofas and watch TV, play cards, or enjoy a drink while listening to the sound of the ocean and feeling the breeze. From the dining area on the first floor, you’ll appreciate the unique architecture and view of this modern, stylish villa. Everything comes together—the infinity pool, the beach, and the ocean are all at eye level. The villa also features a children’s pool (50 cm deep) for the whole family to enjoy.

The pool is stunning and very large, featuring a modern design with mosaic tiles and multicolored lights that blend beautifully with the lighting illuminating the palm trees, creating a magical atmosphere in the evening. The pool also features varying depths so everyone can play and enjoy a pleasant, relaxing swim.

At the beach, you can take a refreshing swim in the ocean (seasonal), relax on our high-quality sunbeds and under our umbrellas, or play a game of beach volleyball. You’ll also be able to borrow our body surfboards to really have some fun in the waves.

Perfect property!

We had such an amazing stay at Ingels Beach villaThe staff were so welcoming and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us to help make our stay so enjoyable The food was incredible and catered brilliantly for the vegetarians in our family The manager helped to organise some great day trips for us and even drove us to the local shops The beach side setting is lovely and we very much enjoyed relaxing by the pool and being so close to the seaWe would highly recommend this villa as a perfect place to stay!

Great place for family and friends right on the beach

We were a large group staying in the villa for two weeks. We can highly recommend it. The villa has an excellent location right on the beach with a beautiful view of the sunset every night. The direct beach access is excellent for swimming in the ocean. The manager took great care of us and arranged for our trips and needs. We got to see both some of the famous sights and he also made sure we got to experience local and authentic areas and festivals. The food in the villa was very good. As a large group we enjoyed having a few dishes cooked and served for us to share family style. The fish, seafood and local cuisine were our favourites. For Christmas and New Year the staff arranged wonderful BBQs in the garden and bond fires on the beach. With a great location, excellent service and staff it was a very memorable stay for us which we’ll never forget.

Hervorragender Service rettet Aufenthalt in mangelhafter Villa,Unser Aufenthalt im August 2026 mit 11 Personen hinterlässt gemischte Gefühle. Das Haus entspricht nicht den Bildern und weist viele Mängel auf (Schimmel im Keller, Stromkurzschlüsse, schlechtes WLAN, unsaubere Zimmer zu Beginn, Schlangen im Garten, grüner Pool und Kanalisationsgeruch).Was diesen Urlaub dennoch gerettet hat, war das ausdrücklich zu lobende, extrem hilfsbereite Personal und der tolle Service. Der Inhaber hat jedes Problem sofort ernst genommen. Es wurde direkt nachgebessert, repariert, uns wurde sofort ein Alternativzimmer gegeben und als Entschädigung ein kostenloses Abendessen serviert. Menschlich und vom Service her absolut top, das Haus selbst benötigt jedoch dringend eine Renovierung.

Dear Anton, Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that our team and service met your expectations, and that our prompt actions were appreciated. Regarding the property, we would like to offer some perspective. During your stay, the sea was not suitable for swimming, leading to unusually heavy pool use. Combined with heavy rainfall introducing acidic water, frequent pH and chlorine adjustments were essential to keep the water safe. For these treatments to work, the pool cannot be used during active maintenance. The basement is prepared specifically when guests book additional services like massages. As no request was made, it was not set up as a primary living area, which accounts for the difference from our usual standards. As for the Wi-Fi, infrastructure in Sri Lanka is not as stable as in Europe. The tropical climate and ocean corrosion are harsh on electronics. In this case, the provider had to replace a faulty fiber cable outside the house; we resolved this as quickly as possible and provided mobile broadband in the meantime. Finally, we are located in a tropical environment. We have never encountered snakes on the property, but harmless monitor lizards and geckos are a normal part of local wildlife. Our staff is always ready to handle this immediately if guests feel uncomfortable. We appreciate your kind words about our staff and wish you all the best and you are all most welcomed back to us. Ingels Beach Villa was a perfect choice for us...

Ingels Beach Villa was a perfect choice for us. The villa, the rooms and the pool are just great and we have great memories about our stay 1 Oct - 15 Oct 2022. The staff is fabulous and Mr Senaka is taking care of everything you need and you ask for. We felt safe and very well taken care of every minute during our stay. The rooms are large with great in-suite bathrooms. The dining area close by the pool and terrace was our preferred location and is outstanding. You get best value for your money. Peaceful paradise in Waskaduwa

We had seventeen people (8 adults and 9 kids) staying at the Ingels Beach Villa for two weeks in february. We enjoyed our vacation a lot and can recommend this villa for everyone who appreciates a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Beach Villa was cozy, clean and very well taken care of. Pool water was cleaned every day and also the beach was cleaned every morning so there was no trash at all. The staff was very friendly and professional and they took care of us so well. We felt us welcome, secured and we were enjoying our time superbly well. Staff had very good balance of helping us, but on the other hand they gave us space and let us enjoy our vacation in peace. The fact that villa is at the beach makes the vacation so relaxed. You can choose to be at the beach or at the pool and can switch in anytime. Senaka organized trips for us regarding our wishes, and recommended us locations which were both ethically correct and also in reasonable distance when we were travelling with our nine kids. We enjoyed our sunny vacation on a beautiful beach villa for two weeks with our friends. We were instantly in love with the villa and surroundings and we are definitely coming back some day. Looking forward to that.

Absolute beach front property ideal for our party of 4 couples

We are a group of 4 couples who enjoyed a 1 week relaxing break on the Sri Lankan coast at the well presented Ingles villa. The friendly staff, headed up by Senaka the villa manger, provided us with friendly courteous service during our stay. Day trips as well as shopping outings were also organised by Senaka, as and when we requested. As part of our package, each day started with breakfast looking out over the infinity pool to the sand and ocean beyond in the downstairs communal dining area. Other meals were chosen, when required, from the reasonably priced villa menu to allow us the option of a relaxing day by the pool. The general area around Ingles is quiet with a mixture of Sri Lankan beachfront eateries and some luxury western style resorts to enjoy a cappuccino or bite to eat. The bedrooms were spacious and well equipped, and the overall ambience of the villa was comfortable, clean and relaxing. Peter, Australia.

Lovely villa!

We were two large families of 12 people in total that stayed in this wonderful villa for 12 days. The house is absolutely marvellous and has a modern, beautiful and smart interior design. The layout is brilliant so that each family has it´s own living area and the swimming pool is awesome and has plenty of room for children and adults. The bedrooms are large and each comes with a private bathroom with exclusive materials of excellent choice. The house sits right on the beach and we really enjoyed it. We had barbeque on the beach, we played volley ball and we watched the beautiful sunsets. The staff is very friendly and service minded. We couldn't have asked for more. We got lot´s of ideas about places to go and they helped us with all the arrangements and also came along on our trips. The food was lovely and you have to try the seafood! We can really recommend this villa and we hope to return.
