The property is located in the commune of Sainte-Anne which is located in the south of Grande-Terre between the communes of Gosier, Abymes, Moule and St Francois.
The town has three landscape faces: a western part called the Grands-Fonds, the eastern plateaus and the coastal strip.
It is in peace not far from the coastal strip that you will stay.
The property has secure parking with electric gate.
A cistern in the event of a water cut.
Recently built, our villas are designed to accommodate 4 people, have 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds. The living space opens onto the terrace with private pool.
