Villa Ara is the new vacation villa located within the Torre delle Stelle resort, offering everyone the chance to enjoy a dream vacation in one of the most beautiful spots on the southeastern coast of Sardinia.
Villa Ara is a detached home consisting of two apartments, called Unit A and Unit B. It was built in 2014 and is used solely and exclusively as a vacation villa. It is a two-family villa where each of the two living units (which are identical) consists of a double bedroom with two beds and, if needed, a bed or crib for a child. In addition to these two sleeping spots, there are two more on a one-and-a-half-person (French-style) sofa bed located in the living room, a full bathroom with all amenities including a shower and hairdryer, a living room with a three-seater microfiber sofa, a dining table seating 4–6 people, and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, a stovetop with an exhaust hood, a 25-liter microwave oven, and a pod-style coffee machine.
Villa Ara is fully air-conditioned via heat pumps and built with materials—for walls and windows—that offer high thermal and acoustic insulation, ensuring a high level of climate and acoustic comfort year-round.
Outside, each of the two living units features a veranda with sunshades and a table seating 4–6 people, offering a panoramic view of the village, the sea, and the surrounding hills—the perfect spot for al fresco lunches and dinners. A private 24-square-meter pool with an average water depth of 140 centimeters, featuring continuously active automatic filtration and chlorination systems, and four lounge chairs.
All of this is set within a garden featuring a green lawn with automatic irrigation, stone-paved walkways and spacious stone-paved areas, hedges, and olive trees, ensuring seamless integration into the surrounding Mediterranean scrub vegetation typical of our Sardinia.
The village of Torre delle Stelle, where Villa Ara is located, consists exclusively of villas of all sizes and attracts an elite clientele interested in the sea and nature, far from urban centers and environmental and noise pollution. While it cherishes its tranquility, it offers easy access—just a 30-minute drive—to the city of Cagliari, with all its amenities, as well as other tourist gems in Sardinia such as Solanas, Villasimius, and Costa Rey.
The presence of two seasonal grocery stores, three bars with newsstands and tobacco shops, two restaurants, three pizzerias, an ATM, and a pharmacy makes the village of Torre delle Stelle practically self-sufficient, much like a small town. And all this is set against a backdrop of sun, sea, beaches, cliffs, hills, and Mediterranean scrub—offering visitors a wide variety of places to explore and experience for an unforgettable vacation!!
Our Villa Ara is an integral part of this village and enhances the guest experience by offering unique features that increase the comfort and enjoyment of your vacation.
