Mariandy 2 provides the best of all worlds‚ with scenic surroundings‚ comfortable accommodation and easy access to a lovely beach‚ plenty of shops and places to eat.
A paved terrace surrounds the private swimming pool‚ with steps leading up from there to a covered veranda. The large open–plan lounge/diner has patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace and there's kitchens adjacent to the dining area.There are a few steps up to a double bedroom with patio doors opening onto a scenic terrace, and there's also a bathroom at this level. More stairs lead up to the other bedrooms‚ two of which have en–suite bathrooms and the third an en–suite shower room. Two of the bedrooms also have balconies looking out across the swimming pool to the sea.
the villa is about 10 minutes walk from the Blue Flag sands at Coral Bay, with the resort's shops, bars and restaurants just a little further away. Paved in pale sandstone to complement the villa itself.

What a beautiful villa perfectly situated, close enough to bars, restaurants and shops without being in your face. Villa has everything you could need. Highly recommend

Lovely Villa and helpful host

We had a lovely stay at Mariandy 2. The host was very helpful with arrangements in the lead up to our holiday. The villa is spacious and well equipped and the location is good - walking distance to the beach and shops.

Everything we hoped for and more!!

Lovely villa. Spacious and very clean. There was everything provided that you could want for your stay. So relaxing with quiet surroundings yet not too far to find bars etc and also a huge supermarket stocking absolutely everything.

We were a family of 6 visiting Mariandy 2, ranging in age from 20 to 74. None of us had ever visited Cyprus before so had many questions before travelling which were always answered very quickly. Nick helped us with booking airport transfers and finding somewhere further us to store luggage on the day of departure. The villa was clean upon arrival and was one of the biggest villas we had ever stayed in. The bedrooms are all air conditioned which was so needed! The pool was a good size and allowed us to play many pool games! It does go deep very quickly so small children would need watching very carefully. The location of the villa is good, although we would definitely hire a car if we were to return. There is a large supermarket about 15 mins walk away and they will drop you and your shopping off afterwards which was amazing. There are so many restaurants to choose in Coral Bay and beautiful beaches. We preferred Corallia beach as it was less crowded and had a nicer feel about it. This was a wonderful holiday and we are already planning to return!

Great villa with lovely views

The villa was excellent, with loads of room and a great-sized swimming pool. The location was good, as we could walk to Darcy's restaurant, which was very nice and a short drive took us to the centre of Coral bay and to some excellent beaches. There were lots of excellent restaurants and cafes and supermarkets within easy reach. The surrounding villas occasionally got a bit noisy, but it seems it was a Cypriot Bank Holiday and the Cypriots like their music. Overall, we had an excellent holiday, and Theo always responded if we had a query. Totally recommended.

We were very pleased with our overall experience staying at the villa. We had booked it for the size as there was a large family group going out and it was in a location we know and love. The pictures had been lovely but did not do the property justice. It was very spacious and well equipped inside, the bedrooms were all really good sizes and such a bonus all having there own bathrooms. The only thing.to note is the description says there is a downstairs bedroom but it is still up a flight of stairs so wouldn't be suitable for wheelchair users. Outside is spectacular, the pool is very large, there were lots of sunbeds and seating areas and the gardens were beautifully maintained. The villa has amazing sea views and really is in a great location with some amenities with in a 5 min walk and then it was just a 15 min walk to the main strip. We had a couple of minor issues while there mainly due to us not following instructions but the host was amazing and came out to help always reponded to our queries and the cleaning ladies were delightful. Overall we had the most amazing family holiday with 4 generations made more memorable by the villa. Would definitely recommend and we would book again tomorrow if I could

Contact with Nikolas from beginning to end was great. The villa was clean and had everything that we needed as a family of 8 for a week. Upon arriving there were a few things in the fridge to get us going. We mainly had breakfast and lunch at the villa and had everything we needed so we could all eat and drink at the same time. We also made use of the bbq one evening. Great location although would recommend a car. Large supermarket nearby with comparable prices to the UK. Swimming pool was a main plus with plenty of room for us all. Again there was enough sun beds for us all. Some of these have recently been replaced. You do need your own pool towels.Would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to the Coral Bay area.

The villa is in a great location and overall we had a good stay, but it didn’t quite live up to expectations. There were several maintenance issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived, including broken sun loungers, a broken balcony door and window, a faulty shower fitting, and a cracked step outside. The raised, broken pool filter cover was also a safety hazard.The kitchen was under-equipped for a villa advertised to sleep nine people, with only six knives, minimal cooking utensils, no oven trays, and no hand soap or surface cleaner provided.Overall, we enjoyed our holiday and the villa has plenty of potential, but better maintenance and more attention to basic amenities would make a significant difference.

Big and clean villa. not the newest but everything was functioning. Theo was very responsive

We had an issue with not having ac unit in the common room. After all, August in Cyprus is hot and humid. Theo responded and explained. He brought more fans and that halped. I guss if the trip is not in the mid of summer, the ac isn't necessary. The badrooms were all ac'd. The villa was very big. Big enough for two families with 5 children together. 9 people all in all. Theo and his father halped with everything we needed.

A beautiful villa , very well maintained and oceans of room for everyone too. The kids loved it

Beautiful surroundings, beautiful villa, clean and warm pool, fresh fruit every day from the trees in the garden! A car is a good idea to get around although buses only 1.50 Euro a trip and Phillipos supermarket will deliver if spend over 30 euros. Great friendly bars and restaurants 10 mins walk away, great beach 10 mins away too. We will definetly be returning here. Thank you for a wonderful holiday with memories we will treasure forever

Mariandy 2 holiday home

The villa had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday, it is very spacious and comfortable with amazing patio areas and great garden. The only drawback was the water heating, we had a few cold showers which were not nice! But that would not stop me from returning to this villa or recommending it to anyone, well worth a visit.

Amazing Villa!

We have just returned from staying at the Mariandy 2 villa. There were 6 of us - 4 adults & 2 children. The villa is very spacious and everything you could want. The bedrooms were lovely and had enough wardrobe space. The outside area is fantastic. Fruit trees in the garden - fresh fruit everyday! Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and extra seating. There is a huge supermarket about 10 min walk away and Coral Bay beach where all of the restaurants and bars are. We have never stayed in a villa before but i would definitely recommend Mariandy 2 and we will be returning!
