Bedrooms comprise a king-size, a ground-floor double with en‑suite, and a ground-floor bunk, served by a shower room. Outside offers off-road parking for two cars, a tiered front patio with furniture, and a raised terrace. A shop is 1.6 miles away and a pub 0.6 miles. One well‑behaved dog welcome; no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for the stove, bed linen and towels included. Note: steep driveway, single-track access, 16 steps to the terrace. Bookings must be Mon–Fri, Fri–Mon, Mon–Mon or Fri–Fri. Dogs must stay downstairs, off furniture, not be left alone, and be kept on a lead due to free‑range hens next door. Village roads are single track with sharp bends.Due to free range hens next door, please ensure that dogs are kept on a lead and under control whilst in the garden and not allowed to roam off the property un-supervised as the garden is not gated.

We advise reversing onto the drive and parking near the bottom. However, confident drivers and those in smaller vehicles have been able to park further up without issues. The village access roads once off the A5 are single track with passing spaces and sharp bends.
