Welcome to Phos, our exquisite suite in the heart of Plaka, the most picturesque area in Athens' centre, offering an unparalleled view of the majestic Acropolis. Located in a prime location, our suite combines luxury, comfort, and the enchanting beauty of ancient Greece.
The Name: To the Ancient Greeks, Phos (Φῶς) was “a pure, brilliant quality of light, signifying a break in the darkness, a triumph of truth and knowledge over ignorance”. The luminosity and unique beauty of Greek light have captured the imagination of poets, Lord Byron, Odysseus Elytis, and Constantine Cavafy to name a few. Phos is the epitome of creation and beauty, in Plaka, the centre of light in our city, Athens.
Our spacious suite features modern design with traditional touches, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The highlight of the suite is the private patio, where you can relax and admire the breathtaking panorama of the Parthenon. Whether you’re sprawled out on the sofa in the living room or lying down in the bedroom, the Acropolis is never out of sight. Imagine sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine while soaking in the historic sights!
The suite includes a plush queen-sized bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, a cosy sitting area, and a private bathroom with all necessary amenities. The decor showcases a blend of contemporary elegance and nods to Athens' rich history, creating a unique and memorable experience.
Location: Our suite is nestled in Plaka, in the heart of Athens, just a short walk away from major attractions such as the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, and the historic Monastiraki Square. Despite being just a breath away from the bustling centre, the suite remains peacefully quiet, so you can escape the lively city pulse to find solace in this peaceful sanctuary any time you choose to!

Incredible property. Right in the middle of Plaka restaurants, but quiet at night. The view of the Acropolis is stunning. Beautiful and comfortable living space. This is one of the nicest rental properties we have stayed in. Thank you!!

Phos is a wonderful sanctuary in the heart of Plaka, and easy walking to the top historical sights, myriad food and wine options, and shopping. It sits just under the Acropolis, with a fine view of the Parthenon. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, and nicely decorated.The hosts, both Maria and Kris, were extraordinarily helpful with guides and recommendations. They were very attentive, and we felt as if our enjoyment of the apartment and our time in Athens was of the utmost importance to them. We absolutely loved Phos.

This property is a solid 10/10. It has everything you need inside the apartment- plus the design and decor are fabulous! The deck that looks at the acropolis is a great way to start and end your day.. it is in the heart of Athens, but off the busy street so it is quiet. Perfect location . Sun shade and AC keep it cool. The elevator means no dragging your luggage. Close to everything. Book this and enjoy Athens!

Amazing! I love this spot! Comfortable bed, clean, classy, essentials-coffee, hot water, dishes, towels. In walking distance to everything you want to see. Also the view!!!

Wonderful stay!
This place earns a AAA+ in our book. Fabulous location, best view in town, extremely well equipped and very comfortable. If we couldn't stay, we wanted to stuff the whole thing in our suitcase and take it home with us!

Great Location!
The location of the apartment is excellent. Within easy walking distance of great restaurants and cafes as well as the Acropolis and the museum. The view of the Acropolis from the apartment was amazing, especially at night.

Great apartment
Amazing location right at the foot of the Acropolis, short walk to lots of restaurants and shops. And it’s a beautiful apartment. This is definitely a great choice if you’re staying in Athens.

Amazing view of Acropolis
located on the fourth floor, this suite is great for time in Athens. The view of Acropolis was amazing - and excellent way to complete our 1st trip to Greece.

This lovely apartment was just perfect! Located on a quiet street in the vibrant Plaka neighborhood, it was beautifully appointed with everything we needed. It was in an area full of coffee shops, restaurants and within easy walking distance of the city’s attractions. And the incomparable view of the Acropolis from our terrace made us never want to leave this gorgeous pied-de-terre! Prior to arriving, our host Eva was warm and welcoming, responsive to my questions and so very helpful. This includes providing an excellent recommendation for the wonderful Leonidas for airport transportation who in turn put us in the capable hands of Nikos for transportation to the port at the end of our stay. Eva provided a seamless, easy check-in/checkout. Again, perfection! Should we ever return to Athens, we’d be honored and delighted to stay again in this gorgeous apartment.

Amazing location and view!
This apartment was spotless, had a spectacular view and walking distance to everything we needed including the Acropolis. It was perfect!

What a beautiful apartment!
Incredibly convenient location, small but super efficiently designed and appointed! Magical view of the Acropolis from the apartment. We were there for three nights before our cruise and hated to leave!!! Perfect for a couple!

Excellent location
Centrally located to restaurants, shops, metro and Acropolis. Nice apartment with a great balcony view. Chris was very helpful with the check in process and with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Stellar location, beautiful property, exceptional host
Host was lovely and the property couldn’t be in a better location. Host went above and beyond to equip us with information. Couldn’t be happier. Photos are accurate; the location is that cool.

Great apartment in central location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great apartment, fabulous view of the Acropolis, and a central location in Plaka that is walkable to almost anywhere. And it was quiet at night so we could sleep. Well decorated with all the essentials. Highly recommend!
