Villena by Totiaran is a cosy triplex for 7 adults and 3 children, located in the Val de Ruda urbanisation, right on the ski slope at 1500 metres in Baqueira Beret; a privileged location, with direct access to the cable car. An unbeatable situation for ski enthusiasts; and in summer to enjoy the nature of the area.



This accommodation in Baqueira offers fabulous views of the mountains with ample comfort for your holiday stay in the Aran Valley. Entering the house, you will find on the first floor a bright living room with comfortable sofas and mountain views, next to it is the rectangular dining table for 10 people, and then there is the fully equipped and functional American kitchen with a hanging TV to enjoy anywhere; everything is in an open and spacious environment.



On the same floor, to the left when entering through a door, there are 2 bedrooms. The first has a bunk bed with three individual beds. The second offers a double bed with a wooden headboard; wardrobes, with a window that provides plenty of natural light. Both rooms share a full bathroom outside.



On the upper floor is the bedroom with two single beds together and it has an en-suite bathroom and beautiful mountain views. Then there is another bedroom with two single beds together. Next to it is a full bathroom. Upstairs is an attic, the ideal place for the youngest, where it can be set up for 3 more people to sleep, ideal for children.

We remind you that personal hygiene and cleaning products are not included in the accommodation.



However, upon arrival they will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:



For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.



For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, consisting of a manual dishwashing single dose, a capsule for the washing machine, a capsule for the dishwasher, a cloth and a scouring pad.



This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.

Likewise, food items or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are not included for hygiene and safety reasons.



Note: The internet connection in the Valley is not via fibre optic. Please be aware that the WIFI signal is low.

Every reservation requires the payment of a deposit, and the cost of this depends on the rented accommodation. Credit or debit card details will be requested for the retention of the accommodation deposit (Amex, prepaid cards, and cards with dynamic numbering are not accepted). The refund may be made up to 10 days after departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify your departure.
