Plenty of greenery, absolute tranquility, and hospitality in a traditional setting are the hallmarks of a stay at this charming vacation farmhouse, situated in a panoramic location nestled among forests and olive groves on an organic farm.

The two stone country houses, dating from the late nineteenth century, contain cozy apartments preserved in their original condition. The atmosphere is romantic, and each apartment has its own unique features; all are furnished in the “Arte Povera” style.

The surroundings:

Casa Annalisa is located 3 km from the picturesque medieval village of Castelnuovo di Val di Cecina. Val di Cecina is a fairly large area with numerous medieval towns, of which Castelnuovo is undoubtedly the most distinctive.

The panoramic pool features lounge chairs and umbrellas. Nearby, there is a play area for the little ones, a ping-pong table, and a volleyball court.

We are committed to environmental sustainability: waste is sorted for recycling, and we use renewable energy sources for heating, such as wood-fired boilers and solar panels, which also provide hot water. Guests are welcomed in Italian, English, French, and German.

Pets are welcome on our farm.

The farm offers the option to book a delicious breakfast: sweet or savory. Pastries: cakes and tarts with jam and our homemade goods, prepared by Paola. Savory breakfast: cheese and Tuscan salami selected for you by Anna. Upon request, you can dine on the veranda with Tuscan specialties made from our own produce.

Half-board price: 29 euros per person per day (breakfast and dinner); children ages 4–10 receive a 50% discount; children under 3 are free.

The apartment:

The “Grande” apartment consists of two floors, with a total area of 120 m².
On the first floor: a large, traditional Tuscan living room with a TV and wood-burning stove; a spacious, brick-built kitchen with a dishwasher and pantry. On the top floor: two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, plus a bathroom with a shower. Private outdoor area with a barbecue, tables, and chairs for relaxing.
