The elevated terrace and its open-style wire cable railing are detailed in the property information so that guests can be aware of the design before booking, but we do appreciate that families with young children may have particular concerns regarding the open aspect. We’ll certainly keep your comments in mind as we continue to review the property and look for ways to improve guest experience. We’re sorry to hear the fishing wasn’t what you’d hoped for, as the River Yare is a tidal river, catches can vary depending on tides, weather, and the time of year. Many guests do have success here, but it can sometimes be unpredictable. We do appreciate you sharing your experience and are pleased that you were happy with the accommodation itself.
