There are 2 en-suite shower rooms and 1 family bathroom with a luxurious bathtub with shower over and underfloor heating.

This stylish and very well presented first floor property offers comfortable living space, with many unique and luxurious features. The living room enjoys plenty of natural light and is perfect to sit and relax around after a tough day exploring the city.

Please note that the apartment is on the 1st floor and there is no lift in the building. This property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues due to the number of steps up to the apartment.

Please note that there are several other privately owned properties that share the stairwell. We kindly ask that guests are respectful of this and keep any noise or disruption to our neighbours to a minimum.
Check-in time is from 4pm to 9pm, by arrangement, as you will be met at the property on arrival and check-out is anytime before 11am.
If you are arriving earlier than this, please note that early luggage drop off is not available at our apartment. There are storage lockers and many other drop off points in Edinburgh. You can conveniently store your luggage at both Edinburgh Waverley Station and Edinburgh Bus Station.
If you are arriving later than 10pm, there will be a £35 charge for late arrivals.

GETTING AROUND
Even though the flat is within walking distance to the majority of the city centre attractions, sometimes the hills can be daunting! There are all the usual options available in the city: taxis, Uber, buses and tram.
The buses are clean and reliable and if you use the Lothian bus app, its journey planner will get you round the city.
Parking in the city centre locations is payable. There are on-street metered parking spaces nearby, but this can get expensive.
