Luksus to soveværelser to bad oceanfront condo på The Whaler på Kanapali Beach. 11. sal, hjørne enhed med panoramaudsigt over havet, nyligt renoveret !! En af de bedste ejerlejligheder på The Whaler !! Bedste udsigt og bedste strand på Maui. Master bedroom har en king size seng, det andet soveværelse har to queen size senge. Indeholder alle de bekvemmeligheder i hjemmet, opvaskemaskine, wi-fi, to fladskærms-TV, stereoanlæg, fuldt udstyret køkken, stak vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i enheden.

Vi er baseret ud for Newport Beach, Californien. Vi vil ikke anmode om betalinger til en anden adresse. Send ikke indbetalinger, udlejningsbetalinger, saldoer osv. .. til en anden by, stat eller land. Du er velkommen til at ringe med eventuelle spørgsmål eller bekymringer. The views from the unit lived up to the pictures in the listing. We had everything we needed in the unit after a trip to the grocery store. We had easy walking access to the shops and restaurants on Kaanapali beach, and the underground parking was easy to access for the days we wanted to go exploring around the area. It was our first time using VRBO for a Maui vacation and I'm glad we made the change. We are looking forward to returning to Kaanapali and this unit in the future.

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location and property are perfect! The wrap around deck was so peaceful during the day and amazing night for watching the ocean and beach. We were sad to leave but looking forward to our return!

The view cannot be beat anywhere on the island. The view is why you come here and it did not disappoint! The unit was bigger than it looked online so that was also plus. Yes, it is very dated, but I knew that by the reviews and photos. However, there definitely needs to be some improvements made. For example, the plumbing is so bad that you can twist the water knobs all around. The gas stove burner only had one temperature which was all the way on. The hairdryers had to be from the 1980's and I was afraid it might catch on fire. It wouldn't take much to replace those.

Thank you for the review, I will be looking into the issues you have stated. I am not sure what you mean about the gas stove, everything in the condo is electric. I have the Whaler maintaining our condo and if there is a problem with the water faucets I will have the Whaler maintenance check if it needs fixing or replacing. As for the hair dryers they were left by other guests, the ones we have bought were taken so I have not had a chance to buy new ones, you are right its easy to replace and we will do that asap. Thank you

Amazing Views

This unit had everything we were looking for...amazing views, gorgeous sunsets, comfortable beds, even though the unit has not been renovated recently, I enjoyed the vintage feel as my parents used to bring us here in the 70s and it reminded me of my youth.

Great vacation

I really enjoyed the condo. It was very well equipped and very comfortable. I especially liked having a recliner!! The views were amazing. I will definitely check out this unit again on my next trip to Maui.

What could be better than sitting on the lanai watching the whales. This property was exactly as advertised. Spacious rooms, windows all around, great variety of lanai furniture, easy access to the beach and close to many shopping/restaurant options.

Vacation for memories

The view was perfect of the ocean and Black Rock. We saw whales and there were binoculars to see them. Everything was nice and clean and even though there was not a bathtub, the hall bath had a low spout and our 3 year old loved playing in it each evening. We had a wonderful vacation making lasting memories for all of us. Thank you for making it happen.

An Awesome Stay with Never Ending Views

This unit is at The Whaler which is at the best location on Kaanapali Beach. It would be hard to imagine a better place to stay and a better unit to stay in. Very roomy, nicely furnished on the inside with comfortable couch, new recliner, and super comfortable beds. Lots of outside seating options to enjoy too. We can't begin to tell you how much time we spent out on the lanai enjoying the unbelievable views morning, noon and night. The binoculars were an appreciated bonus. In unit laundry was very helpful too. We had an awesome time. Mahalo for allowing us to stay in your home!

Best View on Kaanapali

Our family of six stayed here for an unforgettable week. The sweeping views and large lanai are incredible. Comfortable leather couches, recliner, nice beds, and stocked kitchen made it feel like home. We walked next door to Whaler’s Village for delicious fish tacos and hula pie at Leilani’s. Kids picked up pizzas at the village too. Being so close to the beach and pool and swimming with sea turtles and seeing rainbows was our absolute favorite. We took a Trilogy sunset sail cruise next to The Whaler too. Love this condo for a special vacation. Aloha!

Week in Kaanapali

Love The Whaler location, had a great week. Condo has a fantastic view of the ocean. It was clean and had everything you need to relax and enjoy. One strange thing was no pre-communication from the owner/property manager and when we reached out with questions they said we did not have a reservation. I wasn’t too worried because we were already checked in and things happen. The staff at The Whaler are great and resolved our issue immediately. I would recommend this unit and only suggest you confirm your reservation.

Fabulous spot!

We had an amazing 2 weeks at this property at The Whaler. The views from this unit are so great - some mornings, it was hard to leave the lanai to do other activities! The unit is well furnished in a peaceful way. The kitchen was very well appointed. We like to cook and there are nice pots & pans, dishes, knives, all sorts of kitchen tools. The Whaler complex is perfectly located with its beach & pool so accessible and Whaler Village next door for shopping and eating. It was very easy to work with the owner. She was available for questions leading up to our trip.

Unit needs update. Property offers nothing.

The only thing good about this unit is the view. The unit needs updating. The property didn’t even have a place to buy a bottle of water. The unit had old appliances. The door frames needed paint. The cost of the unit was high and the add on fees for cleaning etc made it way too expensive for an out of date dwelling.

Great condo with perfect location!

We couldn’t have been happier with this condo. The rooms were spacious, and the lanai was absolutely huge, wrapping around the unit with both mountain and ocean/beach fantastic views. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping at Whaler’s Village. The unit was stocked with tons of cooking utensils, pots, pans and bowls. Would we stay there again? Absolutely. My only issue was the lack of communication with the owner. With only 2 weeks before our departure I contacted Cathy through VRBO to get a couple questions answered and heard nothing back. With a week to go I called her and the phone rang and rang and rang…no answer. I tried texting to that number and received an automated text message back telling me that it was a land line and did I want to leave my message as a voice mail? I did, and still heard nothing back. I ended up calling The Whaler directly to make sure we were good to go. Also, the Rental Agreement form gave the number of her housekeeper, Mary, if we needed anything. I called to have her remove some dirty sheets that had been left. She called me back and said she hadn’t worked that unit for a couple of years so clearly they need to update their contact list. I wouldn’t let the above hold you back from renting this unit though.

This condo has an excellent view of the active Kaanapali beach scene and Black Rock from the oceanfront corner balcony. The condo is well equipped and spacious. The owner and Whaler staff are pleasant, efficient, and reassuring.

We always stay at the Whaler when visiting Maui, this was our first time in this unit and it did not disappoint! It was roomy and comfortable. Only thing we would change is the sheers in the living room. It is nearly impossible to watch tv once the sun passes over the building. Not an issue for most people who are there for the view as most of us were, but my elderly mother likes to watch her afternoon and evening programs and found it challenging with the sun glare since there are no curtains or blinds. Doesn’t change my 5 star rating, the view alone is worth it
