The sauna was a great feature which we used everyday! Plenty of dishes and cookware for our stay as well. The best part though was the location - central and walkable to everything in the village.

Great location, as other reviews mention quite hot inside the apartment. More bedrooms that advertised so that was a nice win. hard to find, address did not match what we were sent on check in.

Great Stay!

We loved our location, the available space, cleanliness, and the things available for us to use! We had warmer temperatures while there, so air conditioning would have been nice, but it did cool down at night. Also the blinds upstairs were kind of broken so did not keep the light out well in the morning. We were so busy and active during the day that we had no issues with falling asleep with the village noises, as we were exhausted. We would definitely come back and highly recommend!

Great condo & location, except noise

The property was very nice, comfortable, and conveniently located. However, the location does come with noise which is worse on the first floor than the upper bedrooms. The sauna was a great touch. Kitchen is well stocked.

It was a beautiful place in the heart of the whistler village. Easy assess to restaurants, chairlifts, shopping and hiking trails.

Family Ski Trip 2025

We live on the East Coast of the U.S. and make one family ski trip out West each year (different resorts). Our group (6 adults) includes me, my wife, my two children, and their significant others. This was our second time at Whistler, and the second time we've stayed at this property - absolutely love the location in Whistler Village. Easy walk to the chair lifts and gondola, as well as all the shops and restaurants in the village. The grocery store is steps away across the square - we stayed in a few nights to cook dinner ourselves.The Village is "alive" well into the evening/night, so it can be a bit loud if you're sensitive to that. I didn't really bother us, and the unit provides a digital noise maker and ear plugs if needed.

Excellent place!

Perfect location in the heart of the village, and the place was very clean and well-appointed. It does get noisy at night as it's above a late night bar but it didn't bother us too much.

Yearly trip with friends.

We go to Whistler about twice a year once in summer once in winter.. we have never once stayed anywhere as close to the lifts as this. Location was awesome. I have a 4-year-old who skis and it was great walking only a minute and being at the lift. Otherwise he would have been done before we started. Noise outside due to bar and restaurant was not bad. If you were able to have the windows closed. Not a problem at all. Upstairs. However, even with the heat all the way off it was a million or so it felt. No matter what we did the heat would turn on. So we had to have the window open. That's literally my only complaint. Fantastic space. Great location. We had adults and crazy toddlers. The space was able to happily accommodate us all

Amazing stay

Just had my cousins weekend at this amazing property. Will definitly be booking again so perfect for a big family lots of space to sleep and kitchen fully stocked to use and cook.

Perfect location

Overall, no complaints. Great location, plenty of room! Just a caution, it can get pretty hot in Whistler and the unit is not equipped with AC. Although fans were provided, it was still pretty toasty inside until nightfall. Would probably stay again during the winter. And lastly, Greta communication with the property owners!

Awesome location

Great place to stay right in the village and walking distance to slopes, kids ski school, Olympic park, grocery store, restaurants, etc. It gets a bit noisy at night being close to the restaurants and bars but it didn’t keep any of us awake. The fireplace and sauna were awesome after skiing. It was super clean and stocked with lots of cookware. Management was very responsive and sent someone right out when we had a problem with the microwave. The loft room with the bunk beds is accessed by a ladder (my kids thought it was so fun) and the unit is on the second floor with no elevator. I share because it might be tough with toddlers or if you have trouble with steps.

Location is unbeatable!

Awesome place. The sauna was such a perk that we used everyday after skiing. The location being right in the village was fun and with the earplugs / white noise machine we had no issues sleeping. The beds were also great quality and the kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Super Bowl and skiing with friends

I am in a group of 50+ year old high school buddies who ski Whistler every year and start the trip off with the Super Bowl. Fitzsimmons C was the perfect size for our group in the heart of the village. The unit was as advertised: clean, spacious, with plenty of amenities and in the heart of the village. The walk to the lifts was 2 minutes. The condo was our home base and haven for a fantastic week.

Great location, needs air conditioning

Incredible location, well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and a good amount of space for my husband and me, sister, and my two little boys. The description about the level of noise from the restaurants below is accurate. We didn't mind that so much and the noise machines/fans helped. The only problem we encountered was that the windows are all west-facing and not all of the windows have blinds plus some of the blinds were missing vanes so it got VERY hot in the afternoon/evening. Several of the windows were taped shut so we couldn't properly ventilate when the air did cool down outside. Air conditioning, repaired blinds, and/or new windows would help a lot! Overall a great place to stay though. Maybe better in the winter :)

Well located

We really enjoyed our stay in whistler. The house is very well located, everything is within walking distance. The place was really clean and everything worked well. Our only complain is the noise from the late partners on the street and the windows leaking cold air in. Otherwise a great place.

A Perfect Location + Accomodation

Location! Location! Location! We loved this unit. It was the perfect size for our family of five. Description and pictures totally accurate. It is so close to the gondola, across the courtyard from the grocery store and all of the restaurants and shops. Kitchen is well equipped too. Bathrooms newly renovated. The noise did not bother us but our kids are 16 and 17, and we were all exhausted from the great skiing. There are lockers for storing equipment on the ground floor, too. We will be back!

Whistler Fitzsimmons

The location was absolutely amazing. Right in the heart of the village and extremely close to the gondola and surrounding bars/restaurants. check-in / check-out process was incredibly easy and the folks at whistler wired were great with responding to any/all questions that we had. My only recommendation for improvement would be to install new weather stripping on all windows on the first floor. You can feel a draft next to the couch and in king bedroom Otherwise the stay was absolutely perfect! As a side note: The listing is slightly inaccurate regarding the rooms available. There are actually two additional bunk beds located in the loft above the 2nd floor.
