Beautiful City Townhouse

Stylish loft living in a beautiful Victorian townhouse in the heart of the city. Sleeping up to 8 guests in three bedrooms, with a sunny private roof terrace filled with flowers and light. We have filled our home with luxury beds, egyptian cotton linen, fluffy towels and filled the walls with vibrant art which we've collected on our travels. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and entertain and we are always on hand to offer some local insider knowledge of the vibrant local food and bar scene. The house has 3 beds (superking, king and double), along with a double and single sofabed, in the master bedroom and 2 Graco travel cots for infants of 0-3yrs.
There are 2 bathrooms on each return, one has a bath and separate shower, the second has a shower.

Our family (adult daughters, five of us total) had a great time and the property was fabulous, right in the middle of town, walk-ably close to many spots, pubs and restaurants!We loved the high ceilings and city feel. The beds and space were very comfortable, as was the large kitchen table and sitting area.Communications, access, etc. were all really easy and efficient. I'd definitely recommend!

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space in the heart of Dublin. We stayed during an unbeknownst “bank holiday” weekend so it was busy. Owner was very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Excellent location for exploring Dublin, right in the middle great shopping, dining, and site seeing. Property has lots of charm and character. Host is very responsive and flexible. And suggestions for favorite dining spots were wonderful. Be sure to bring ear plugs or a sound app. General nighttime noise ok but club music on one night went past 2am and harder to drown out. Would definitely return!

Excellent location

We loved meeting Aaron who greeted us warmly. Location was amazing stepping right onto Drury Street with restaurants, shops and bars everywhere.

Perfect location

This was the perfect location for our group. Easy access to everything we wanted to do and see in Dublin. House had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our group of 8.

Pros: Location of the property is excellent. A few minutes walk to train station, Trinity College, St Stephen’s Green and cathedrals. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, and host provided a list of several recommendations which was a nice touch. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Communication with host was excellent and check in/departure were very smooth. We arrived midday and were able to leave our bags early which was appreciated. Cons: Very noisy location with several pubs nearby and people out and about late, plus street sweepers in the early morning hours; pack earplugs. The first bathroom is a decent size but the second bath is quite small. The bathrooms are located on different levels than the bedrooms. Overall we had a good stay.

With regard the street noise, our property is located in the city centre of , so some level of street noise is to be expected, like all cities. Our property profile highlights this, along with a detailed layout of the house- we are a Victorian townhouse in the heart of the creative quarter, a conservation area. If you want to be in the heart of Dublin, this is for you. My family of 8 adults stayed here very comfortably during our stay. We were greeted by Aaron, who met us at the front door, sometimes its hard to find it between the store fronts and other doors. This unit is three stories, so if you have mobility issues, take note. The photos are exactly as it appears and satisfied our sleeping needs. What we enjoyed most was the location, its on a pedestrian way with coffee shops right next door, grocery store a very short walk away and many pubs and restaurants right at your doorstep. You will hear buskers performing just outside the window-built in entertainment! Lou, the owner was wonderful. There was always an open line of communication, we had an issue with the fridge, but Lou immediately helped with the issue. My son left his headphones buried in the sheets, and Lou made sure to return them, even to the US. I have to say this was our family's best vacation. Thanks again Lou!

Perfect location! Lou was an excellent host. Super accommodating and communicative. Great main living space in apartment. Plenty of bed space. Nice private porch. We walked all over the city. Busy street during the day but quoted down at 11pm and did not keep us up. Highly recommend. If stairs are difficult to navigate, caution as there are several flights in apartment. Not an issue for us at all just fyi. One of the best places we have stayed in our travels location wise.

Excellent Dublin Experience!

A beautiful property centrally located to everything we wanted to visit and experience. We were within walking distance to all of the major attractions with many wonderful restaurants and pubs nearby. Lou is an exceptional host, was very welcoming, and had excellent information to share about the area. It was a very special visit for our whole family!

Beautiful townhouse in great location

This comfortable townhouse was perfect for our family's two-day stay in Dublin. Its Temple Bar location is walking distance from almost all of the major attractions in town, with many bars restaurants and cafes nearby. The neighborhood can be noisy in the evening, but with the windows closed it was no problem.

In the heart of it all!

Such a fun place right in the middle of everything. Lou was very helpful and attentive the whole time and the place itself really different and special. Just be sure you don’t mind lots of stairs and maybe bring earplugs or use a white noise app at night bc the street gets a bit loud.

One word: fabulous!

This was a wonderful property and Lou was a gracious and accommodating host. They put together an incredible list of things to do in the area and a guide for the house. Lou was responsive to any questions I had and very flexible with check in and check out. The property was gorgeous and perfectly in the heart of Dublin. My group adored it and we will definitely be staying again when we come back to Dublin!

Dublin Experience

We love this place! Townhouse has a special touch of welcoming decor, the stairs remind you it's good to be spry, kitchen had everything we needed, luxuriously comfortable beds, windows all over the place, looks out to bustling streets of activity. In a word, FUN. Lou was an absolute joy to work with and a super host for a simply amazing townhouse. Leading up to our stay, Lou provided a detailed handbook with helpful/need to know townhouse information, as well as excellent recommendations for the best food and entertainment. This is important as there are many tourist traps that can lead to an unpleasant experience. Our experience was amazing! The townhouse is historical, beautiful, and super comfortable. The location is seconds from shops, dining and exploring Dublin. We hope to have the pleasure of returning someday!

The place is in a prime location. It you have to be aware that it’s noisy! Lots of street noise and live music on the sidewalks below, but very fun and festive. Also there are many steps- two flights to the main floor. Another up to the attic bedroom and two bedrooms on the second floor. We enjoyed our stay very much.
