Ruhrtal-entire Apartment

The spacious apartment with a 30-sqm kitchen-living room has a wonderful view of Lake Kemnader and 2 separate bedrooms (each with 1 double bed with an optional extra bed).
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven and dishwasher.
The apartment was newly renovated in 2022/23.
Haus Oveney on the Kemnade reservoir with its excursion restaurant and the only holiday apartments on the lake is a former farm that was converted into a large excursion restaurant in the 1980s when the lake was built.
In 2013 the two holiday apartments were added.
Both apartments are equipped with their own kitchens, so our guests can choose whether they want to come to the restaurant to eat or whether they want to cater for themselves.
The restaurant is open all year round. The kitchen is open continuously from 11:30 a.m. From March to October it offers breakfast from 10:00 - 11:30.
The large holiday apartment has space for 1-5 people in 2 bedrooms with a large eat-in kitchen. The prices per night apply to the whole night regardless of the number of people. The apartment was completely renovated in March 2023.
1-2 people can sleep comfortably in the mini apartment on the top floor. Here the facility is very simple but the accommodation is very cheap.
