Boca Grande Beach House, North - Fantastisk pris! Fantastisk beliggenhed!

Boca Grande Beach House, North Unit, er halvdelen af en en-etagers duplex. Huset er afslappet og behageligt. Det har to soveværelser, et køkken, badeværelse og kombineret stue / spisestue. Køkkenet og badeværelset er for nylig blevet ombygget. Der er en stor afskærmet veranda på bagsiden af huset. Når hele huset lejes af samme part, kan dobbeltdøre åbnes for adgang fra syd til nordenheder. Hver side af huset har en generøs sidegård med bord, stole og chaiselonger. Du kan vælge at leje den nordlige eller sydlige enhed separat eller hele huset.

Huset ligger i en fantastisk beliggenhed på et stort hjørneparti, direkte på tværs af vejen fra en 7-mils strand med badeværelser og picnicborde. Det er caddy-hjørne til det historiske Gasparilla Fyr. En kort gåtur fører dig til den charmerende landsby Boca Grande med sjov shopping og gode restauranter. I Boca Grande Community Center finder du et træningsrum og legeplads for børn. Gå ikke glip af Johann Fust-biblioteket på 10. St., hvor du kan låne bøger og film. Tennisbaner og et fredagsmarked (i løbet af sæsonen) er ved slutningen af vores gade. De syv mil lange jog- / cykelstier løber direkte foran ejendommen.

De fleste af vores gæster vælger at vende tilbage år efter år og betragte det som deres 'hjem væk fra hjemmet'. Når du er på øen, behøver du ikke en bil. Golfvogne og cykler kan lejes i byen.

Jeg kan anbefale en rimelig varevogn for at hente dig i følgende lufthavne: Punta Gorda (PGD) 45 min., Sarasota Lufthavn (SRQ) 1 time. 20min., Ft. Myers (RSW) 1 time. 30 min., Tampa (TPA) 2 timer, Miami (MIA) 3 timer.

This was our second time at the Boca Grande Beach House. Our two week stay was amazing in every way. The location, steps from the beach, along with the quiet surrounding neighborhood, made for a pleasant get away. Molly is a wonderful host, attentive to our needs, checking in to make sure everything is ok. We love the Beach House and will be back again soon!

Perfect location with an amazing view of the lighthouse! Two minute walk to the beach across the street. Quick golf cart ride to the historic downtown to the north and Gasparilla Island State Park to the south. Easy check in. Perfect size for us. Owners were prompt with responses and very helpful during our stay!

A fantastic stay!

This VRBO is exactly as advertised. It is DIRECTLY across Gulf Blvd from the lighthouse and beach access. The home is well supplied with all things necessary for beach life, kitchen use, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay on Boca grande

This property was perfect for us and should be perfect for any couple! The location is ideal! We spent almost every evening on the beach across the street watching the sunset! A quick walk into town in the morning for coffee breakfast lunch or dinner. The property was extremely clean and extremely well equipped! We can't wait to stay there again!

Great location and communication

My parents stayed here for a large family event on the island over Memorial Day Weekend. The location is fantastic, across the street from the lighthouse and beach, and just a minute from town. The hosts were responsive and helpful, and my parents enjoyed their visit so much. Thank you!

Our January Get-Away from PA

This was a great get-away from the bitter cold of PA. Perfect location that is close to town, but quiet and relaxing. Just a few steps away from the Gulf of Mexico and provides a nice view of the palms and historic lighthouse. This place was clean, cozy and perfect for our vacation. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an affordable, clean and cozy place in Boca to contact Molly and Mike. They are very nice people and provide a very nice vacation rental.

Simply Winderful

Wonderful beach cottage. Everything was neat, tidy and comfortable. Check in and communication was perfect. Nice screened porch and outside sitting area as well. We loved the location: quiet with easy beach access about halfway between the pass and downtown Boca Grande. We would definitely return.

My family has been coming to Boca Grande since the 1970's. We have all enjoyed our visits to the island over the years. My husband and I live in FL, about 1 1/2 hrs. away and are very 'hands on' making sure that everything is clean and in good order for our guests.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

The beach is directly across the street. Tennis courts and a Farmer's Market (during season) are at the end of our street. The property has a large yard with private shaded areas for each unit. The neighborhood is quiet. A 10 minute walk will take you to the Community Center where there is a work-out room and a playground for kids. Continue to town for great shopping, restaurants.

The house is a duplex. The entire house can be rented to accommodate 8 guests or one unit can be rented to accommodate 4 guests.
