My apartment is a modern 2 floor apartment in the heart of Berlin . It is located between Rosa Luxembourg Platz and Rosenthaler Platz on a quiet street. Ideal for getting around for sight seeing . Hackeschermarkt is 10 minutes walk away. Alexandersplatz would take you no more than 15 mins walk. There are loads of shops, cafes , restaurants and bars within walking distance. An ideal location for those who want to do sight seeing as well as enjoy the Berlin nightlife.

My 2 floor 55m2 apartment is ideal for for couples and small groups . There is a single bed (90x200)and a double sofa bed(160 x200) in one room and downstairs there is a (180x 200) king size double bed. All bedding is provided for you along with towels.
There is a 32 inch TV in the main room.
There is a fully equipped kitchen for you including oven , microwave, toaster , kettle and coffee machine.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle for you.
Internet is provided for you to keep in touch with loved ones back home.
Theres an iron ironing board and hair dryer provided.

The apartment is located in Mitte between `Rosa Luxemburg Platz` and `Rosenthaler Platz`. This a one of Berlin‘s most trendy areas for restaurants, bars and cafes. `Hackescher Markt` is only 10 minutes walk away with all it’s trendy shops and eateries . Shopping at `Alexanderplatz` is a must which is also only 15 minutes walk.

Getting around the area is very easy by foot. But both Rosa Luxemburg Platz` (U2) and `Rosenthaler Platz` (U8) are both within 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
The U-Bahn/S-Bahn system in Berlin is very cheap and very efficient quick way of getting around this beautiful city.
A adult ticket is €3.00 (AB area).
€3.80 areas ABC if you`re coming into town from BER airport.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
Hot water is always available no need to do anything.
