The host was easily accessible by text. There were sugar ants in the kitchen. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The refrigerator did not make ice. I didn’t see a pool, but, I didn’t look for one either. The dining room and the kitchen have openings that are blocked by some type of material. I assumed the openings lead to other parts of the house. It’s obvious there is still work to be done on the inside. I did leave a note letting the landlord know of these things. I will not be staying there again.

Very nice place and pictures were exactly as it was pictured. The host quick to respond to any questions. We throughly enjoyed our stay there and would stay again.

Ricardo is a great host very accommodating. Prime location near restaurants, supermarket, store, banks etc. The house is broken down into suites that all share the backyard and pool. The location is a very nice neighborhood with tropical trees in almost every yard. The Victoria suite was just as it looks in the pictures and has the front porch which was very relaxing. Unit was clean and provided all necessities. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay. The host was super welcoming and provided what we needed. The location was perfect, as it is close to everything. The house was very clean and serene. We will definitely be back!!!

Ricardo the person was ok, despite the reviews. Not sure if it was another person or a co host, regardless we had little interaction. As an avid traveler and preferred user of homestays transparency is needed from the host through the listing, tell your visitors exactly what they signed up for. Not two doors that leads to separate areas, first one covered by a curtain and a plant looking more like a window. And certainly not avoid the second door in all pictures posted! The pictures listed are developed to portray a more sizable area, this is not the case. Very misleading!! Main room NEEDS blackout curtains or blinds like the smaller room has. Please consider listing the rules and regulations in the property’s need to know section, not send it after check in. “Extreme silence” is quite EXTREME of a request this is not the quiet place. Instead ask that visitors be respectful of others and be mindful then list consequences. Your tactics are very aggressive and condescending, I understand the need for control and protection of your investments however I invite you to find other strategies and techniques in ensuring respect is felt and given back. Over all the group did not walk on eggshells, fully enjoyed the accommodations to the extent necessary and kept it respectful. Good luck on your reorganization of managing style.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify some important details for future guests. My listing explicitly describes the accommodation as a private apartment within a duplex home, with an independent entrance and exclusive use of the entire advertised space. It clearly lists two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, living room, dining area, and porch. The apartment is not advertised as a completely separate house, and the listing explains the type of accommodation guests can expect. The guest also had exclusive use of the advertised apartment; the space was not shared with other guests. I strive to provide a comfortable stay while remaining available to assist my guests throughout their visit. I also had serious concerns about the care of an animal brought to the property, which I observed being confined in a bathroom for more than eight hours without adequate ventilation. In addition, items throughout the property were rearranged during the stay, raising concerns about respecting the space and its setup. I welcome constructive feedback and continuously seek to improve my guests’ experience. However, clear house rules and reasonable expectations are essential to maintaining the property and ensuring a respectful environment for everyone. I encourage future guests to read the listing carefully so they understand the accommodation, its layout, and the experience offered before booking. Thank you.

The house was very clean and the decor was amazing, yet was homey and felt like home. Spacious and super comfortable. Loved the outdoor portion with the decor and plants. The host was super responsive and accommodating. Has parking on site and location was superb. Check in and check out was seamless. Definitely will be my first choice for my future trips to Miami.

The property is a house that has been divided into two separate rentals, with a shared pool between both sides. During our stay, we didn’t feel very comfortable using the pool, as the other guests were already using it when we went out, which made it feel less private than expected.The rental manager also stopped by around 10:30 PM on our first night to check in, which felt a bit unexpected and late.That said, the place itself is very cute, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The home is located in a nice neighborhood, with convenient access to stores like Costco and Walmart just 5–10 minutes away.

The stay was good. I was concern on the front end. I was unable to plan my arrival. The shower wasn’t clean, my wife was not pleased. My stay was 11 days. I was unaware there was no laundry onsite. I also purchased an ironing board which I left for the next occupant. I recommend a deep cleaning and paint job. Our overall evaluation of the property is good.

Parking was very easy and conveniently located right off of the highway. I think it wouldve been nice to know that the house is connected to the host’ house. There is a mirror and a huge sign that block off entry but that was never specified previous to checking in. The pool/hanmock area is only accessible from 12-6pm which was also a bit upsetting. Towels had stains on them and bathroom shower was dirty. Pillows were incredibly firm and there is no TV in the living room but aside from that, Ricardo was very responsive and quick to answer questions.

Clean & Spacious

The property was nice. There was plenty of room to spread out between the two bedrooms in the Victoria Booking. Parking space out front was a plus. Being only 15 minutes from the University of Miami and Coral Palms was great for our trip!
