Charmerende Redbrick Cottage

Brand New Fully Remodeled Guest house med nye møbler og inventar. Perfekt til de gæster, der foretrækker deres privatliv! Gæsten er 600 kvadratmeter har også en entydigt vedhæftet garage. Gæstehuset blev fuldstændig ombygget i 2015 med hver overflade rørt. Køkkenet har den nyeste i kabinet, med en doven susan og i kabinet skraldespanden. Køleskabet har filtreret vand og is til de varme sommerdage!
For de gæster, der foretrækker at have væk fra gaden parkering sammen med hyggelige overnatningssteder. Dette gæstehus sports 600 kvadratfod og er blevet fuldstændig ombygget fra top til bund! Med det nyeste i møbler bliver alle dine behov opfyldt!

Great stay!

Kevin and Dan were very communicative and very accommodating. The house was clean, in a great location, and I would definitely stay here again.

Just Right

From beginning to end the trip went well. Check in was clear and we enjoyed our stay. Hosts were quick to respond to questions we had. It was nice to have a separate bedroom & living room as one of us likes to stay up late and sleep in. Would stay here again next year!

Great place to stay when visiting AZ!

We stayed here for two nights on a road trip across Arizona and it was wonderful. Great location, close to downtown, Chase field, etc. Highly recommend booking with Kevin & Dan!

A great place to stay near GCU!

We had a great stay at the Redbrick Cottage! We were in town for GCU’s graduation and it was close by in a safe neighborhood. The hosts were wonderful and we highly recommend staying with them!

Red Brick Cottage

Loved this little cottage. If your looking for privacy and quiet this is the place. Hosts were very helpful in finding places to eat and see. Will definitely stay here again.

Quiet, Cozy and Clean

We enjoyed our stay at the Redbrick Cottage. The house was clean, modern, and quiet. The hosts were kind and very knowledgeable of the area. They made excellent suggestions for restaurants and stores near by. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent little place

This little house was perfect for my husband and myself. Great location. It was super close to where we were going. Great communication. Would definitely recommend. If we are going to that area again, would definitely want this place.

Baseball tour

Greg and I had a wonderful stay in Phoenix. It was 119 degrees in Phoenix but our stay was so comfortable at 72 degrees inside. Everything you need was available and the hosts were so gracious. Great value and easy check in close to the Diamondback’s stadium. Highly recommended.

Perfect place!

The Redbrick Cottage was absolutely perfect for my needs. It was close to the studio, it was well-appointed with a full kitchen and a comfortable living room, WiFi, TV, and shower. The bedroom included a very comfortable bed and a good closet. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, with plenty of local recommendations. I expect to come back to Phoenix and hope this property is available for my next trip!

The hosts were great. Quick responses to any type of questions. Place is very clean, its quiet , and has everything you would need for a couple or solo traveler. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and all the appliances and utensils. Highly recommend it. We would go back in a second.

Great hosts and perfect apartment for what we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfy. We didn’t receive the checkin instructions due to an Expedia - VRBO but was remedied very quickly and professionally. Trouble free stay

This rental was in a great location for our needs, and the price was excellent. The hosts were unobtrusive but kept in contact with us and let us know they were available if needed. This rental is in back of a house with a long-term tenant, but that was no problem, we didn't ever even see the tenants.The unit was clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is OK, not upscale but not terrible either; we felt safe and chose this rental because it was close to where we needed to go. It's within easy driving distance of lots of retail and just a few blocks from Interstate 17. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful little guest home...

This Redbrick Cottage was truly 'Home Away From Home' for my month of March. It has all you need, beautifully reno'ed, comfortable living room with a great TV package, yes Netflix which was truly a bonus during the "isolation" period, and a comfy bed. Washer and dryer was another bonus. Quiet location close to grocery stores and five minutes away from a golf course which suited me fine. Kevin and Dan are great hosts and go out of their way in making sure you're comfortable and all your needs are met. Thanks Kevin and Dan. I look forward to next year.

GCU graduate get away!

This was the perfect little place for my best friend & I to stay on a weekend getaway for my graduation ceremony. The owners were very polite! They checked in each day to make sure everything was going well and we had everything we needed. They were very accommodating when I requested to shorten my trip by 2 days due to health complications with my friends father and wanting to get home sooner. The location of the house was the perfect distance for everything we wanted to do. If you want a good breakfast you place, I recommend Snooze (they have PANCAKE FLIGHTS) & the best morning cocktails. For authentic Mexican, I recommend Los Beto (it’s a super hole in the wall place but the food is AMAZING and the portion size is totally worth the price). For the best margarita, I recommend the strawberry rhubarb margarita from Modern Margarita.

Born and Raised in Arizona! I grew up in a small town in the White Mountains called Show Low. I have lived in Phoenix for 15 years and during time have enjoyed working in the real estate industry and have acquired several properties which my business partner Dan and I have turned in to vacation rentals.

I purchased this property because of the character of the older red brick homes. Built in the 1940's this home was built to stand the test of time. Boasting a large landscaped front and back yard these classic homes are unique in today's terms.

Redbrick homes are a staple of history in Phoenix, back in the day the materials used to make the red brick were mined in special mined located in the foothills of the local mountains. Red Brick homes are one of the strongest built homes in today's standards. One of the many reasons I fell in love with Mulberry.
