Down the hall, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and two sinks. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and fitted wardrobes. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower, a sink, and a toilet, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests.



To keep you comfortable throughout your stay, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, a private parking spot in the garage is provided for your convenience (please read the special parking note below).

1: IMPORTANT: the parking garage is NOT available for entry and exit on Saturdays, from early morning to 17:00, due to the local market of Calpe.

2: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home.

3: If you want to use the Gym facilities, you have to register via a special App.

4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 4 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

5: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

7: There is construction in the surrounding neighborhood, which may cause noise pollution during the day. We strive to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay, but please know that works or noise from the surrounding area are beyond our control.
