Nicely appointed flat - clean and comfy beds. Excellent, central location to explore Lisbon. Host was very responsive - probably the most responsive I’ve experienced. Note they do not provide dishwasher or clothes washer detergent.

Lovely spacious apartment in a great neighbourhood in Lisbon, close to many restaurants and cafes. The host was caring and responsive, even advising within minutes of local clinics to address a minor medical issue during our stay. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer!

Perfect location. Master bed was broken! Was fixed after the first night. Showers are only hand held and quite low. In general we found all our rentals in Portugal lacked or were very poor in amount and quality of bathroom amenities provided.

As advertised. Host/owner was responsive and instructions were clear. Price was great. Great location next to restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

The apartment was as described. Conveniently located with lots of little restaurants and shops. Right on the route of Tram 28 with the closest stop being less than a block away. You can pay right on the tram but we decided to get the Metro pass for the day which allowed us to use the tram and buses for 24 hours. The road is loud, but we chose to embrace the liveliness of it and opened the balcony doors to listen to the Tram 28 and other street noises. No problem with noise at night. We took a Tuk Tuk tour with Pedro and what a great find he was. Pedro knew so much about Lisbon and was passionate about his Country. We had only a couple of hiccups, the hairdryer didn’t work and it was replaced quickly. The main issue was insufficient towels. We received only 1 Bath towel per person for 4 days stay. There were no hand towels provided nor were there any left in the bathrooms. I reached out to the host and was told it would be an extra charge. However, they did send 4 hand towels ( no charge) when pointed out this was not acceptable. We also noted that although a washing machine was present there is no drying space or rack provided. I would rate this stay a good 4/5 and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. The building is 150 years old and has a uniqueness that is undeniably special.

Excellent place for city break

Very clean and spacious apartment situated in an excellent part of Lisbon, ideal for exploring all that this lovely city has to offer. Clear instructions, very clean and good facilities and i definitely recommend.

Great location and neighborhood. Spacious, bathrooms very good and master had king bed which was very comfortable. Little snag with management company but resolved. Definitely recommend.

The apartment had plenty of space with two big bedrooms and a nice living room. It was in a great location within easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops. The check in process was really easy as well!

Great Stay

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Lisbon. Great communication from the hosts and were very accommodating when we arrived early on our first day. Would highly recommend, also, make sure you try the bakery on the corner near the apartment... unreal!

Nice unit in central location.We had a problem with the bed as I think the mattress supports must of broken and my wife and I were actually sinking into the middle.I alerted Guest Ready contact and she asked if there was a time they could come over.We were touring that day so I told her we would be gone all day so they could come over when it was convenient.I left it at that and didn’t look at my phone for at least 4 hours.They had left a text asking for my permission to get into unit which I had thought I had already done.Long story short they never came that day and we had to sleep on a sloping mattress again.

Phenomenal Space

Absolutely loved the space. We were only there 2 nights, but would have enjoyed a much longer stay. Very central to our sightseeing wishes and what an amazing apartment. Will gladly book again when back in Lisbon.

Host were very considerate to accommodate our request to check in after the cleaning was completed since our flight arrival was earlier to check in time. Very easy communication with the host. Apartment is exactly on the pictures.

Reasonable price and location

The rooms were nice. It was not too far from most things but not in the middle of tourists. The front room did get a lot of noise from people and the tram / trolley car. Easy check out process. Would have like extra trash bags and even towels given the length of our stay (9 days).

Short stay- great neighborhood

Loved the location of this property, the decor, size and cleanliness. However the upstairs guests were very loud even at 4:30 am. There is not good sound proofing.

Beautiful Lisbon Stay!

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 in the heart of historic Lisbon. Roomy, modern and very functional all within a historic building. Great location to explore the old narrow streets and a bit off the beaten track. The trolley cars although noisy right outside the windows were a charm for us. We walked nearly all 4 days of our stay despite the hilly cobblestoned streets, we came prepared with good walking shoes :).
