Welcome travellers to our 2 bedroom exquisite Penthouse located in the heart of Pieta. One of the true highlights of this exceptional apartment is the breathtaking outdoor terrace, overlooking the mesmerizing harbor views.

Whether it's sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, this idyllic space is perfect for creating unforgettable memories.

Also included in the PENT is a fully equipped kitchen, TV, WIFI & AC.

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

Living Spaces| A sunny front terrace equipped with tables and chairs where our guests can enjoy and relax, with probably one of the nicest views on the Maltese island. Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining area and sofa looking at the TV.

Did we mention the private terrace with harbor view again?!

Kitchen| Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen and savor them at the vibrant dining table.

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, all of which with a double bed.

Bathrooms| 2 Large bathrooms.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

Pieta is a charming town located on the eastern coast of Malta, overlooking the stunning Marsamxett Harbor. The town is known for its picturesque marina, bustling streets, and friendly locals.

One of the main attractions of Pieta is its marina, which is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. Here you can watch the colorful boats come and go, or take a stroll along the waterfront promenade. There are also several restaurants and cafes located along the marina, where you can enjoy a meal or a drink while taking in the beautiful views.

Pieta is also home to several shops and markets, where you can find everything from fresh produce to souvenirs. The town is well-connected to other parts of the island, with several bus routes passing through Pieta and connecting it to nearby attractions.

Getting around Pieta and the surrounding areas is easy and convenient, with several transportation options available.

One of the most popular ways to get around is by bus, as Malta has an extensive network of bus routes that connect all parts of the island. There are several bus stops located throughout Pieta, and you can purchase tickets from the driver or at a nearby kiosk. The buses are modern and air-conditioned, and provide a cost-effective way to explore the island.

Another popular option for getting around is by taxi, which can be easily hailed on the street or booked in advance. Taxis are more expensive than buses, but offer a faster and more convenient way to get around, especially if you're traveling in a group.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
