This flat is located at one of the most beautiful and luxurious marinas in the Netherlands. Suitable for 4 people. The fantastic location with a magnificent view over the marina and the Grevelingenmeer makes the flat a perfect starting point for (water) sports enthusiasts. On the other side of the harbour is the Brouwersdam with its wide North Sea beach, where sun worshippers can have a great time.

The luxurious corner flat on the 1st floor has a stylish and cosy living room and a fully equipped open kitchen. There are also two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also a 2nd separate toilet. The house has access to a beautiful private terrace. From here you have a panoramic view of the marina and the Grevelingenmeer all day long. And when the sun is shining, you get a real holiday feeling. Wonderfully relaxed and then just enjoy with a book from the ide lounchset.
The master bedroom has a double bed with box springs. The second bedroom has 2 single box spring beds. 
In the covered storage room you will find the washing machine, iron and clothes horse.
The flat is accessible via stairs as well as via a lift. 

Surroundings
This flat is very suitable for families with children, because of its layout and location next to Center Parcs complex Port Zélande. You and your children can make use of all activities and facilities. (There is a charge for using the swimming pool at Port zelande).
Water sports enthusiasts can indulge in kite surfing, kite buggying or powerkiting. Sun worshippers naturally enjoy a bite to eat and a drink at the various beach bars. Lake Grevelingen is ideal for sailors, windsurfers, wakeboarders and divers, but enjoying the water in a sloop or motor yacht is also possible. The nearby Center Parcs also has a supermarket and is easily accessible by car for fresh rolls.
Nearby, you will find plenty of villages such as Ouddorp, Renesse, Brouwershaven and Burgh-Haamstede, where you can enjoy shopping and a wide variety of restaurants.
Along the beaches, you will find cosy beach clubs such as Strandclub Zee, Natural High, De brouw and Perry's. Here you can go in summer and winter for breakfast, lunch and dinner or just a cup of hot chocolate after a walk on the beach.

From the apartment, everything is within easy reach, the beach and dunes of the North Sea, the Grevelingen, Port Zélande and villages where it seems as if time has stood still. Water sports enthusiasts can indulge themselves with so much water nearby, in the harbour you can rent a sloop and take a closer look at the Grevelingen with all its small islands.
You can unload your car on arrival and reload it in front of the apartment on departure but for the rest of your stay, the car must be parked in the general car park.


- Rental to companies/workmen at Port Zélande is not permitted – in case of misuse, access will be denied without refund.

- If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

- The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
