We have made the house pet friendly. It’s also just a 15 minute walk to the beach!

The master with a super king size bed or 2 single beds, the second with a double bed, and the third with twin beds suitable for both adults and children. The living area boasts a sociable space consisting a corner sofa, & a sofa bed. there is a dining room leading to a stunning new kitchen. There is a generous family sized bathroom . Parking is available and the parking fees are included in your stay.

Getting Around:

Parking is available on-street where the property is and on adjacent roads.



(We are within the Portsmouth MH zone)



These spaces have a regular turnover of cars so spaces often become available.



Parking permits for one vehicle are included in the cost of your stay. Further permits for additional vehicles can be purchased at a cost of £5/vehicle/day. Please ask about these before you arrive if needed.

It is however always your responsibility to ensure you have parked in the correct MH zone or within alternative areas in Southsea.



Once parked you are unlikely to need your car during your stay because everything is so close by to walk to! Food shops, restaurants, the seafront. There are many buses and taxis too if you wanted to venture to Gunwharf, not forgetting the Voi electric scooters.

You choose either a Damage Deposit of £350 (your card is saved and nothing is taken up front; it can only be charged for a claim SafeGuest approves after check-out) or SafeGuest's No Deposit fee of £40 (a one-off fee paid to SafeGuest). If you can't use the photo ID check, message us and we'll arrange a short video call instead. Please don't send ID documents by email.
