This unique loft in the heart of Rome was born from the artistic vision of a Roman artist. The antique blends perfectly with the modern. Sculptures, paintings, and furniture are the hallmarks of this spacious open-concept apartment of nearly 180 square meters/1,940 square feet, featuring a large kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a tub and shower), 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms and 1 triple room with a mezzanine), and a large living room. The apartment has an independent central heating system. There is a large air conditioner in the living room that helps cool the entire loft. Fans are available in the bedrooms. The apartment also includes a washing machine, a dishwasher, and free Wi-Fi. The entire apartment is equipped with everything necessary to ensure our guests’ comfort.
Looking for a unique apartment in a historic building in the historic city center? Look no further!
Just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Piazza Navona (3 minutes), Campo de’ Fiori (5 minutes), the Pantheon (10 minutes), Castel Sant’Angelo (15 minutes), St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Vatican with its treasures (25 minutes). You can easily walk to almost all major attractions, such as museums and archaeological sites: the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, the Campidoglio, the Trevi Fountain, and the world-famous Spanish Steps. Or, if you don’t feel like walking, you can take public transportation—either city buses or taxis—just a couple of minutes’ walk from the apartment.
The central "Termini" train station is also easily accessible via bus line #40 (just 5 stops). And from Termini Station, you can reach the main airport via the express line.
A shopaholic? Charming and upscale shops are just around the corner on Via del Governo Vecchio (Old Government Road) or, of course, on Via Condotti, next to the Spanish Steps.
Folkloric markets like the famous Campo de’ Fiori, wonderful churches housing priceless masterpieces, homes of poets and musicians, and iconic movie locations… you just need to look for plaques on the buildings as you walk around.
Do you like Italian food? You can choose from hundreds of traditional restaurants.
Do you like to have fun at night? You’re in one of the best neighborhoods: great bars and clubs, and excellent spots to enjoy the Italian “aperitivo” between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.—our tradition of meeting friends before dinner to drink a beer or a fine glass of wine accompanied by delicious and varied finger foods.
Enjoy our traditions right in the heart of Rome!
I’ll be there for my guests from the moment they book until they check out, suggesting the best attractions to see, hidden gems, and top-notch restaurants.
