Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location in Rome. The surrounding area was safe and serene and had plenty of cafes and restaurants. A quick walk to the main attractions and very close to the subway and train station. The host was helpful, informative, and accommodating throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Massimo was an excellent host! Really communicative and eager to share recommendations about what to do and where to eat! The location was excellent, too -- good neighborhood, walking distance to a lot of places, including the subway. The bed was comfortable and the couch wasn't bad, either. There was a bit of noise late into the night from the cafes, but it wasn't raucous (and you couldn't really hear in the bedroom). Bathroom was narrow and a bit of a squeeze, which might be an issue for larger guests.

Had a wonderful week. The apartment had all we needed for the 2 of us. Was in a perfect position for easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.

Great location

Apartment was clean, comfortable and located close to restaurants, sites and transportation. Massimo provided everything we needed for our stay. He even supplied fresh fruit and chilled water. Communication was great and check in was very easy. Highly recommend staying here while visiting Rome.

Great location and host

Great location for those wanting a home base in Rome that plan on exploring the rest of Italy. Close to train station and coliseum. Host is very attentive and communicates well. We enjoyed the stay.

Excellently situated apartment with easy access to anywhere in Rome.The apartment was clean and the host was there to meet us when we arrived and he was very informative. There are a large number of reasonably priced, delicious, authentic Italian restaurants 2-15min min walk around the apartment and a couple of very well stocked supermarkets next to it.I personally think you couldn't do much better than staying here on your trip to Rome.

Location:30min walk to the Collesium and Forum

The appartment location is perfect, spacious 1 br close to the city center, Collesium, Forum, Pamtheon, National Museum, Metro station, Termini (all within walking distance). Many restaurants, supermarkets, bars around it. Although the apartment needs repainting. We enjoyed our stay there.

Quirky property in a location easy to access all the main attractions. Lovely cafe/restaurant opposite-great for morning coffee/croissant-lively at night!

Sons Easter break

Property manager was amazing so helpful and so many ways to include driving my Lost stuff to the airport for me, helping us get around, informing us of great restaurants, and places to see.

Central and cosy accomodation

Smart, cosy and comfortable appartment with everything we needed for our stay in Rome. Central lokated near metro, trams and busses - just 15 min. walk to the coloseu.And good advices and touristic tips from the very competent and communicativ host Massimo, thank you so much. We hope to be back in Rome soon as possible.

Great Location

Great Roman Neighbourhood. Lively and active. Walkable to Termini, Colosseum, and historical sites. Close to Conrad grocery. Victor Emmanuel Piazza, Santa Maria Maggiore Church. Kitchen had every thing needed if you wanted to stay home. Massimo was very helpful and responded quickly to questions

Comfortable stay

It was a comfortable stay. Massimo Was very helpful. He provided travel tips and offered to book taxi for us. The apartment has every basic thing you need. Please do aware this is a budget friendly place. Apartment is not newly renovated. If you are ok with an old apartment then this is the place for you.

Small apartment with a great location.

The apartment is small, but it’s got everything you need for a perfect stay in Rome. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment actually apart from sleeping, as we were out exploring Rome at all times of the day. It was perfect for this, as it has a nice homey atmosphere to come back to each night. The location of this apartment is also great. It’s close to the train station, and close to some of the major sites of Rome (Colosseum, Forum). Massimo was also always easy to get ahold of. Would definitely recommend this apartment for a trip to Rome!

I am a solo female traveler and was in the apartment for 7 nights. Wonderful location, not far on foot from train station (15 min.), metro stop and leafy Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II and nearby shops (4 min), bus and tram stop on Merulana (7 min), as well as restaurants, grocery store (2 minutes), Colliseum (15 minutes), churches Santa Maria Maggiore and San Giovanni in Laterano (wow) each 15 min, grand main street (Merulana) with many shops (3 minutes) and Casadante cafe, just across the street where I had an excellent espresso and a stunningly good custard-filled croissant each morning, gazing out at the small leafy piazza across the little street.The neighborhood is charming and quiet with the small Piazza Dante park across the street. The apartment is on the ground floor in a building with a locked entry and 3 steps to its front door. One feels very safe. The wonderful, genial, fun, host Massimo is very helpful and speaks excellent English, and he arrived to present the apartment. The apartment is full of his art and his memorabilia, and is fun and interesting. The individual bed was comfortable as was seating and the apartment was arranged for best use. Lots of lighting.I would definitely stay here again.MJM

Just perfect for our week in Rome.

So impressed by Massimo caring about our experience during our stay at his apartment. He thought of everything that would ensure we knew where to go and how to get there safely and efficiently. His recommendations for places to eat were greatly appreciated. He shared his knowledge of his neighbourhood with us and therefore we felt right at home as a result.If you ever make it around the globe to Australia in the future Massimo we’d love to return the experience. Good experience

It was nice but since it was too hot we could not enjoy much. Massimo provided two small fans but even that were not enough and we had to buy another fan. Still it was very very hot in the day. Massimo is a very nice host and he welcomed us himself amd gave a liittle tour of neighborhood to my son too. I was sick so he even kept asking about my health too. We would definitely love to stay again in better weather.
