Great villa, the pool is fantastic! Communication with the host was easy, they were quick to respond to any issues. The villa was very clean and well equipped, it was a little further from the beach and restaurants than we expected but we had a car so no problems. Supermarket is only a 5 minute drive away. We would recommend this to families/couples looking for a quiet time away.

Great villa and location

The villa itself is very beautiful, spacious and comfortable, and works really well for a group of up to 6 people. The location is excellent, in a very safe and quiet residential complex, and the pool area is definitely one of the best parts of the property. Unfortunately, the cleanliness when we arrived was very disappointing and there were also a few maintenance issues. We reported everything straight away and the team was responsive on WhatsApp, and the cleaning issue was quickly sorted, which we appreciated. One important thing to know is that the neighboring villas are very close, so you need to be extremely careful with noise. Even a little music can easily be heard by the neighbors, so this is definitely not a villa for parties. Overall, we had a good stay. The property was a little expensive, but we booked during peak season, so that is understandable. With better preparation and cleaning before check-in, the experience would have been much better.

The property and location have the potential to be really special, the villa has everything you need to have a nice stay, everything works, you can’t complain. However to improve things, it’s lacking a bit of love. Lots of empty space, which could be used better and lacking soft furnishings such as lamp shades outside, soft lighting down stairs, furniture on the roof and terrace. The out door furniture was old and needed replacing, one of the sun beds perished while we were laying on it, Weeding could have been done around the pool, and the pool had missing tiles which came off daily. There was also no outdoor shower to use pre pool. it was lacking the small things. We had a lovely time, the place just needs some love.

Another Great Holiday staying with Villas2Let

Having used Villas2Let and stayed in Queen Valentina, we were looking forward to using a new villa with them when staying @ Amazonia. On arrival, check in process and key collection was simple, and the Villa was as expected after reviewing on line. Everywhere was clean, and all facilities were available. The pool was a great size for four active teenagers, and enough outside space for everyone to enjoy. Great BBQing and outdoor kitchen space too. When we did have any questions (a broken iron, access to the outside shower, and additional towels and bedding), the team were very responsive and on hand to help quickly, even over the weekend. Location wise, simple walk into Pernera in the evening (a little cooler!!) and then available taxi's back for around 10Euros. Handful of Bars and restaurants in Pernera and easy access for more choices at Protaras. Aiya Napa on doorstep for those young enough, and recommend Landa Beach, Shirley Valentine boat trip from Paralimni Harbour and walk along the boardwalk from Paralimni to Pernera and on to Protaras. Metro supermarket in Paralimni for best options, including Gluten Free. Then on check out when I was distracted and looked the villa with the keys and my wallet still inside, the team were on hand, even on a Saturday, and unlocked the villa within 30 minutes. Thanks everyone, great villa, supported by a very responsive team.

Great stay at Cyprus

The rental house is in best conditions and accordingly the description. House service was very helpful and provided very good service. I fully recommend villas2let and would spend my vacation time again with them when I come back to the wonderful Cyprus.

The villa was absolutely amazing very clean and tidy both inside and the grounds We were contacted on the day of our trip and they left us an arrival package with food to get us going as we were late arriving which was a great service The pool was amazing Such a lovely peaceful place to be Thankyou for letting us experience your Villa If you’re looking. At this then definitely book you won’t be disappointed

Nice and cosy place to stay

Fabulous villa

Great location, the villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped. One of the best we have stayed in (we use Vrbo every year). Directions to the villa were perfect, communication around check in was clear. The beds we very comfy, size of villa and patio etc perfect for 6 adults. We went in April so the pool was a little too cold (but so was the sea). My only suggestion would be a guest book where people can leave resturant recommendations etc,

Villa Amelia - belie acceptable standard

We have been coming to Cyprus for 20 years and we always stay in a villa. This one - Villa Amelia was the worst one yet. The main issue was cleanliness however overall it was shabby and in need of complete refreshment.Starting downstairs - living room and kitchen were a good size . Open plan, lots of space and wall to wall windows and doors so it was nice and bright. However, kitchen units were worn with bits of the cupboard doors wearing off. Thick layer of dust at the top of the units which is not pleasant anywhere never mind in a kitchen. The oven was literally filthy. We reported this and a cleaner came to clean it but didn’t do a good job so we had to clean it ourselves. No lights in living area apart from ceiling lights which are too bright to use so we had to bring a table lamp down from a bedroom to use. No dish towels to dry dishes so we had to buy some. Pool area is small and not really suitable for 6 people comfortably if you all want to sit in the sun. There is a static straw umbrella which is useless as it doesn’t come down so in the afternoon shades a good part of the pool area. Not sure why a standard umbrella that can go up and down isn’t provided as that would suit all guests? Ground is very sore on your feet so you need shoes all the time! It’s not major but it’s annoying. Pool is surrounded by tall trees for privacy but they shed and so their ‘leaves’ end up in the pool all the time. Pool is tiny. Clothes dryers provided but no pegs so we had to buy.
