Luxurious home in the centre of leafy Binfield

Situated in the centre of the village of Binfield, our spacious home offers a cosy place to relax in whilst staying in Berkshire. Just 3 minutes off the M4, 20 minutes from Heathrow, also within easy reach of Windsor, Reading, Ascot, Henley and 45 minutes to London by train.

Large open plan living room facing the garden, varied library which you are welcome to dip into, backgammon, games chest, comfortable family seating area and large screen television to relax and watch Netflix, Amazon Prime or NOW tv.

Adjacent to the living room and partially open plan is the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen has a large range oven, microwave, wine fridge, coffee and tea equipment and everything you might need. There is a ten person farmhouse dining table and doors opening out onto the terrace area with views of distant Windsor Great Park.

The garden area is tiered: top tier barbecue, second tier table/dining, and lower tier grass. It's a perfect space to enjoy good weather. At the front of the house there is a snug area with an extra large HD television (Netflix) and a U-shaped sofa for an at-home cinema night.

Upstairs there are four double bedrooms: master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, large double/treble with sleigh bed, two further doubles and an additional family bathroom. Our home is in the centre of a sleepy village so not suitable for parties. Super-fibre WIFI. Off street parking.
