Condo ved havet med fantastisk udsigt og stor balkon

Smukke confront condo på Hutchinson Island i Stuart Florida, renoveret i 2017 og tilgængelig i ugen, måneden eller sæsonen. Se havet fra hele den åbne stue / køkkenområdet samt soveværelset. Den dybe, overdimensionerede balkon giver en behagelig ramme for udendørs ophold. Den store lædersektionssofa har el-hvilestole i hver ende, og ved siden af ligger en dejlig hvilestol. Granit bordplader og nye apparater i køkkenet. Stue-tv har et 65 "Samsung 4K Smart TV, med Xfinity-kabelprogrammering med 140 kanaler. 40" HDTV i hvert soveværelse. Trådløst internet med høj hastighed (75 + Mb). Helt nye hukommelseskumadrasser på alle senge fra juni 2019.

Pelican Building er beliggende i det smukke feriested Indian River Plantation og er praktisk tæt på Downtown Stuart og Jensen Beach. På grund af begrænsninger i byggehøjden er strandene mindre overfyldte end de omkringliggende områder. Marriott Sandpiper Tiki Bar ligger inden for en nem gåtur til en cocktail eller frokost, men langt nok væk til at være diskret. Vores pool er beliggende på den nordlige side af bygningen (tæt men ude af syne og hørelse!) med rigelige loungestole, borde, grillpladser og en toilet det er sjældent travlt. Publix er mindre end en kilometer væk, så det er ikke nødvendigt at gå tilbage over broen for at shoppe dagligvarer. Vores Condo er godt forsynet med alle de nødvendige køkkenredskaber, og mange krydderier leveres.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The view was fantastic and the location convenient. The host was quick to answer any questions we had. Condo has beach chairs, umbrella and other items that may be needed for a day at the beach. Would stay here again.

Great place

The condo was very clean and very nicely furnished. Great location and quite location just what we love. The owner Charles was very helpful and offered suggestions for things to do on the 4th. Would definitely stay again.

Great family Vacation

It was our Granddaughter's Birthday surprise she was so happy to see the property. She swam in the ocean and pool every day. As a family with our daughter and son-in law it was a great experience. We enjoyed our staying in this property and will be back.

Great Spot

Great spot and unit. We had family stay in other units in the building and this one was easily the best. The furniture, beds, TV, and patio are all great. Charles is a great host and was impressively responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Great getaway

This is a wonderful condo in a great location. Our family enjoyed the large balcony with comfortable furniture. It was so nice to sit and relax while watching the ocean. The interior was lovely. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would choose this condo again and again.

Amazing

There was construction going on during our stay and Stuart. However, the owner made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. The House was stocked with essentials that were needed! Such a great location and nice place!

Wonderful oceanfront property!

We loved our week at this condo! Everything we could possibly need was there, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We enjoyed mornings on the deck, with beautiful views of the ocean. Afternoons were spent on the beach, which was literally steps from the condo. Our only complaint is that we only booked a week! Definitely wanted to stay longer!

Except for condo not cleaned upon arrival the owner was quick to respond and took care of basic cleaning themselves. Has to wait to check in. Other than that our stay was enjoyable

Lovely, Well-Equipped Condo

This is an ideal location on Hutchinson Island. First of all, it is right on an uncrowded beach, and the sunsets are breathtaking. Several restaurants and the grocery store are within walking distance. The owner was exceptionally responsive to our needs. After being rented so frequently, some updates to the property would be desirable.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo.

The view of the ocean from the condo was beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed the complex and the easy access to the beach. The pool can get busy as it is shared by two condo complexes. All in all we had a wonderful time. We had a issue with one of the bathrooms upon our arrival,made a phone call and the issue was addressed. We had wonderful weather during our visit.

Great Birthday Celebration at the beach

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s birthday. The owner was extremely helpful with our reservation. The location is excellent, facing the ocean. We watched the sunrise every morning, just beautiful! The condo was well equipped and comfortable. A great place for a great vacation.!

Great condo on the beach at Hutchison Island

Fabulous third floor property facing the ocean, located on the side away from the pool (much quieter). Owner is great, good communicator and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

Our family is from Central Florida and we purchased this condo mainly for our own use, but also to offer to guests as a vacation rental when we cannot use it ourselves. We renovated and furnished it to a higher level than most units to ensure that there is ample seating, convenient TV viewing, a fully functional kitchen, and a reading chair in each room.

We've rented in the area for several years and we quickly realized that we wanted a place on South Hutchinson Island convenient to Downtown Stuart, which is our favorite small city in Florida-- not too crowded but large enough to offer amenities like many good restaurants and shopping. We focused on the Indian River Plantation because it is a resort community large enough to create a buffer between State Road A1A and the ocean, so there is no busy street directly behind us like most of the condos up and down the coast. Instead there is a golf course and lots of green space and walking paths. We chose the Southeast side of the Pelican Building in particular because of its direct oceanfront location and its separation from other buildings. This makes for better views and more peace and quiet; there is a nice heated pool on the north side of the building, but we are shielded from any noise. Being on the Southeast side also means we enjoy the prevailing southern breeze during the hotter months of the year while being protected from colder winds in the winter. One of the reasons the beach is uncrowded is that Martin County restricts the height of all buildings to four stories and smaller buildings equals fewer people on the beach.

Our condo is on the third floor of the four-story Pelican building and it affords great views of the ocean that aren't possible on lower floors. There are two types of two-bedroom units in our building and we have stayed in both. The end units are nice but they lack the deep balconies and oceanfront master bedroom that our condo has. There is nothing like waking up in the morning to the sight and sound of the sea, and the deep balcony allows lots of room for outdoor living and dining.
