Casa das Acácias is situated on a high point, allowing it to benefit from breathtaking views from every room, combining the historical, architectural, and archaeological heritage of the village with the surrounding mountains.

On the other hand, given its location, it allows walking access to the center of Cabeceiras de Basto, and allows one to benefit from all the facilities available in the village, namely river beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, traditional shops, sports facilities, health center, bus station, banks and other services, without, however, losing its complete privacy and phenomenal landscape setting.

It has 4 double bedrooms, one of which is a suite, and 1 additional bedroom with 2 beds that can accommodate up to 2 adults or 4 children, thus comfortably housing a total of 12 people.
It has a total of three bathrooms, two living rooms, both with fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry area.
Outdoor area with dining table and barbecue, with a lawn surrounding the entire house.
