This attractive country house, dating back to the 13th century, is located in a prime setting, less than 4 km from the beach. It features a private pool, tennis court, and BBQ area, and is just 40 minutes from Barcelona.
The house is surrounded by woods and enjoys a pleasant climate year-round.
The property-
This masia is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and guests have full access to 2,000 square meters of private land and forest, including a tennis court, a swimming pool, a fronton court, and a children’s playground. The house is furnished with comfortable antique “Catalan-style” furniture. On the first floor, there is a combined living and dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with an indoor BBQ, and a restroom. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. A staircase leads to the second floor, where you’ll find four double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The housekeeper lives nearby in another house and is responsible for the house’s maintenance and security; she is available to offer any assistance you may need.
The nearby beaches are beautiful and uncrowded. You can enjoy a wide variety of Mediterranean cuisine at the wonderful restaurants and beach bars.
You can also catch a train nearby and take a trip to Barcelona.
If you’re looking to relax, you’ll enjoy the tranquility and walking trails in the forest; however, a range of more active options is also available in the area, such as golf, sailing, jogging, hiking, or a visit to the fantastic city of Barcelona.
